Auto repair service near Shreveport, LA

On this visit I was assisted by a Ms. Shirley Gillespie. After diagnosing the problem I had starting my vehicle, Ms. Gillespie informed me that I had several problems. One of the problems was that my battery was going bad, or dying. She presented me with a repair estimate of approximately 200.00. I questioned the price of the repair, stating to her that, "I'd be better off taking care of it myself." She assured me that the bulk of the estimate was due to the diagnosis. Once I received the bill, I discovered that I had actually paid over 200.00 for a car battery. I knew I should not have listened to her, and went with my instinct. Unfortunately, she lied, and I paid for a very valuable lesson. What I found to be out right despicable, was the fact that she told me an out right lie, and was nowhere in sight when I came to pick up my vehicle. For some reason, when Ms. Gillespie decided to tell me that me vehicle was ready (6 hours later), she decided to go to lunch; how clever. It just goes to show. No matter how you dress them up, a "crook and a thief" is still a "crook and a thief".

I put my vehicle in the shop on 10-17-22 it had no leaks. It had been sitting for 3 months before I even put the car in the shop with NO LEAKS!! I picked the car up 10-31-22 paid $1,327.78 the mechanic specifically told me that everything was good to go and that they had done test drove it. It was already after 4 that evening and they close at 5. I left the shop and exactly 1 in a half hour later it’s leaking coolant smoking under the hood and giving me all these warning signs across my dash that I had never seen took the car back to the shop the very next day and they’re telling me it’s my radiator these people are so unprofessional because how are you just now seeing this leak that was never there before they screwed up my vehicle and I will be taking this company to small claims court!!

Poor Customer SeviceMy friend took over the payments on a 2010 Outlander. The Mitshubishi dealer closed down in our city and the air went out on the vehicle. She was to go to either Little Rock or Shreveport. Shreveport was closer, so that is where she went. It took 2 unsuccessful trips, 4 hours in the waiting room, no way to get lunch, no offer of a courtesy car (said they only had 2 and they were both out). She was then told they ordered her a new compressor and would call her when it comes in. Haha. I was approached by a salesman about buying from them. NEVER!!!!!!!!!

They had my vehicle since 5 March 2012 and today is 10 July 2012 and they still couldn't fix the gear selector light on the instrument cluster panel. They didn't give me any courtesy calls to tell me the part was on back order. When it did come in, the part was a used part and it still didn't fix it! They said that they would deliver it on the 9th of July and didn't and of course, didn't call! On 10 July, I found out that they broke the driver side mirror and replaced it with a used one from a junk yard that had scratches on it. They finally delivered it at 5:30 on 10 July 2012 and the mirror they replaced has scratches all over it and my vehicle was sitting on empty with the fuel light on, it had half a tank when I took it up there.

Truck broke the red airline. This company traveled 8 miles to our tractor. What was supposed to be $100.00 service call plus $100.00 hour for labor with no mileage charge turned out to be $348.00 for a 15 minute fix. Stay away from this company!! This is their daytime rate, I can only imagine what the after hours charges would be.
