I called when my truck wouldn't start and they were very helpful. They walked me through some troubleshooting steps I could try to get it running again. They even called back a couple hours later to check on my progress and give further guidance. I would highly recommend!!

My daughter is a graduate student at LSU. We live in Iowa. Mr. Randolph and his staff at Arabies have treated her like she were their own! They've helped her out on two different occasions since she started school in May of 2012. After repairing her front tire today, they refused payment. Transmission went out in less than 2 weeks...said they fix it, first lie said they would pay some of the cost second lie there famous words AS IS so true but sell something that will last more than 2 weeks the only good reviews is the ones they place...I paid cash so don't respond like I couldn't get a loan and I'm mad...all the hard times you caused people will catch up to you thieves Guess it's time to write some good reviews about yourself WHAT A SHAM

I am not sure why anyone would not realize, Owens may take a while longer, but they work for the customer, not the insurance company. The insurance company fights them to do it cheaply. Owens wants their customers for life. They want your car fixed right and to get paid by the insurance. They have fixed my cars for years. Have patience and know that team is fighting to make your car like it was before the accident. Great collision company!

Charged me to much for my car. The salesman Paul knew how bad I needed a car to get to and from work and he ripped me off.
