Horrible, worst service I ever witnessed! Research the BBB if you have any doubts! I was with my friend through all of this and kept telling him to stop bringing his car there. My friend never had to consult a lawyer about service and harassment in his life before, absolutely terrible service and the guy has no time to answer questions once Derek has your money to pay for his flying lessons! I noticed once anyone leaves a poor review on this midgets shop the kid goes ballistic! There webpage looks like a big shop with a lot of experienced workers, it's simply him and his wife with a garage for 2 vehicles. Derek tells everyone "Don't research anything online, published books or otherwise" and try’s to discourage anyone from this. He is always frustrated and about 2 seconds away from a heart attack, he doesn't listen and his "partner in crime Mila" is expected to patch up any issues Derek creates with any customers. I had to talk my best friend out of doing anything irrational because of the tons of money he spent for garbage workmanship by this extremely irritating little oompaloompa! These jokers never give any info. such as the VIN# from the car a used engine came from, or documentation on the mileage not simply "Oh it's got less miles than yours and looks really nice!" My friend just called him for some answers and I quote "If you want more horsepower out of your M3, buy another car!, I don't want to ever see that car again!" Once a poor performance review was left, Derek texted his private phone and said to "man up, and fix this problem with Mila" then Derek left a voicemail totally harassing him! Unbelievable for any man or child, let alone a business. He also had his M3 towed there when he had only about 120 miles on the "new engine" and the A/C belt was shredded (which means he did not install the A/C unit correctly or placed a severely used belt on it.) Think they would fix there mistake and apologize? Not a chance, He was handed a bill for the work for about. $250. I also get the feeling my friend was easily taken advantage of being a disabled U.S. Army, Infantry Veteran. Nice work Derek! I'm sure Mila can "man up" for your extremely poor and totally unprofessional performance! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO PRECISION BMW REPAIR in Brentwood, NH.

Went into the shop thinking my car was going to be very expensive to fix because of terrible sound in the rear. Put me at ease when he diagnosed the issue and was quick cheap fix. Very honest guy Fran is. Highly recommended.

Was very happy with price. New Front tire was done in less then 30 mins. I Will send some friends over for tires there..

These guys are an experience you will anticipate with glee, overwhelm ya with insights and experience and raw logic , and produce in you a smug smile when you unwind your ride More than 50 years making really iconic cars within reach and outta sight.

This dealer sold us a car with multiple problems and refused to provide a refund. We had to go through arbitration with the Office of Consumer Affairs in Massachusetts in order to get our money back. We eventually won the arbitration and got our money back after 6 months of grief and frustration. This dealer sold us a car with no heat, no a.c. and the vents didn't work. It also had a broken motor mount, inoperative windshield wiper fluid, inoperative horn, and a loose door lock. We took the car back two times and many of the problems never even got looked at. Based on the evidence provided at the arbitration, the arbitrator easily found in our favor and this dealer was forced to return the full price of the car along with our registration fees. This dealer hung up on us several times throughout the process of trying to work with him. Very immature person to do business with. Car was a lemon and repair and service was awful. his is what happened to me On January 16th, 2012 I brought my F-150 truck to Wayside Ford's service department in Marlboro, MA. My complaint was excessive shaking between 40 - 60 MPH. Kellie (Adviser) explained about the $135 diagnostic flat charge which I okayed. I also asked for the back sensor to be checked as well as why the car was jumping when put on reverse. Later Kellie called me explaining the cause of the shaking problems was because my car needed to be balanced. I asked if balancing the tires would fix the shaking. She said yes so I okayed the service. 2 hours later, after I paid $230.95 for the repair in full, I found out my car was shaking exactly the same upon hitting the highway! I returned immediately. I found the mechanic who "worked" on my car. I asked if he had at least test driven my car and he said "no." I then inquired why I paid $135 for diag time if he never diagnosed my car. He then grabbed my car and after 5 minutes he came back with another diagnostic adding to my bill. I was told to seek Steve (Manager) the next morning. Steve said he'd refund my $95 for the balancing but not the $135 for the fake diag. I am suing them for the full $230.95 since nothing was done to my car.
