The customer service is excellent, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. They initially told me that there was nothing wrong, they called me later on after they had done their homework and said that they had figured out what the problem was, they also told me that if I had any other issues to bring it back to them in a heartbeat.

I moved out of state and am sad that I couldn't bring Lenny with me. He is the nicest and most honest mechanic I have ever worked with. The first time I brought my car in I thought I had an electrical problem. Both of my headlights went out at the same time and a spare bulb I had didn't work. I took it in to Lenny and after about 15 minutes he came back and told me that my bulbs blew. Apparently, my spare bulb was also bad. He only charged me the price of a pair of new bulbs. No labor costs! Seriously cheap and he didn't seem pissed that I was a numb-sack for bringing my car in for blown bulbs. The second time I brought my car in I had some starting problems. Lenny found the problem right away and quickly changed out the parts for much less than what I would have paid elsewhere. (I have a mechanic friend in Hawaii that I called and even he said that the repair was cheap!) When I went to pick up the car, Lenny handed me my GPS that I left on the dashboard. He took the time to take out the GPS because he didn't want someone to break into my car to steal it. What a guy! It's been about 10,000 miles since I've had the repairs and I haven't had any problems. I drove my car from Boston to Phoenix and I haven't heard any of the clunking sound that Lenny fixed on my third visit to the Civic Center.

Fantastic people who will do anything they can to help you out. I recommend them to anyone I hear complaining about their car or mechanic.

This dealership is owned by Griffin Powers who has had at least one business license revoked, due in part, to excessive consumer complaints. In our case my son purchased a vehicle and was told that it included a CARS extended warranty. About a week after purchase the transmission died. The dealer demanded that his 'shop' do the work. I subsequently found that they never purchased the contract from the CARS company. Now, more than a month after the purchase, we do not know where the vehicle is or when it will be returned. Our numerous calls are not returned and when we do manage to speak with anyone they are rude and dismissive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND even looking at a vehicle here.

This dealer sold us a car with multiple problems and refused to provide a refund. We had to go through arbitration with the Office of Consumer Affairs in Massachusetts in order to get our money back. We eventually won the arbitration and got our money back after 6 months of grief and frustration. This dealer sold us a car with no heat, no a.c. and the vents didn't work. It also had a broken motor mount, inoperative windshield wiper fluid, inoperative horn, and a loose door lock. We took the car back two times and many of the problems never even got looked at. Based on the evidence provided at the arbitration, the arbitrator easily found in our favor and this dealer was forced to return the full price of the car along with our registration fees. This dealer hung up on us several times throughout the process of trying to work with him. Very immature person to do business with. Car was a lemon and repair and service was awful. I have a Cadillac Northstar that had an emissions failure for a sticker and ran poorly. I took it to one of the advertised "big box" shops that fix everything for less and after spending $800 and the problem still there, they told me to go to a certified emissions shop to "get a waiver" as it couldn't be fixed. I took it next to a big, major transmission shop that says they "fix check engine lights." After another $1500, they said to get a waiver-it couldn't be fixed. The state hotline said to try Happy Bear as they always have had a 5-Star rating with the state. I did and they fixed it first time and I got my sticker. The other places were just guessing instead of testing and I HAD TO PAY! THANKS HAPPY BEAR!!!!
