I started going to Kevin's years ago on the recommendation of my former repair guy, who retired. All I asked for was a good mechanic who was fair and trustworthy (a lot to ask for these days, eh?) Kevin fits the bill on all the requirements. He works his butt off to get jobs done on time and charges very fair prices. Even more importantly, he stands by his work. Make sure to take physical pictures of everything that is broken or needs repair that you’re already aware of, prior to bringing your vehicle into this shop. They will exploit those damaged/failing parts and cause further damage to them. It seems to be part of a ploy to generate revenue for their shop because they will then try to get you to make the repairs there. Don’t expect any accountability either…. They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.
