Scotts auto repair provides excellent service. I have brought two of my cars to him for service, and will continue to go to him for whatever my repair needs are. I have referred a couple of friends and family to him and they to are very pleased with the service and the pricing. He's not out to rip people off and is very honest on how he charges people for his work. He even takes the time to go over the vehicle completely and inform you on what else may need to be done. I was skeptical of going to a major company for fixes to my vehicle as i usually use a small hometown mechanic. I must say I am very very impressed. They found things my normal mechanic didn't that were somewhat serious to my safety. Josh and his crew were extremely nice and great to deal with. He helped me fix my car within my budget and it drives great! i truly appreciate good business practices, wouldn't think twice about going back!

Bought a 2005 Ford Focus ZXW with (known issue) warped front rotors and was in need of an oil change (I agreed to doing these repairs for a lower price) Immediately after registering started having electrical issues.. Doors locking and unlocking while driving and within weeks the car is stalling whenever it feels fit (can only drive 20 or so minutes) and will not restart for hours.. Paid to replace MAF, AIC, Entire Intake manifold and fuel pump.. No solution.. So one Month later the car is parked and I am car shopping - Would NOT recommend to friends or enemies

I took my van in for an oil change but they forgot to put new oil in. As I was driving home, I heard a ticking noise. I didn't know what that ticking noise was. So when I got home I told my husband about the ticking noise. My husband lifted up the hood and checked to see if I had oil in my van. My husband knew what the ticking noise meant, that there wasn't any oil in it. Sure enough! There wasn't any oil in it!! So I went to Midas in Westfield,MA to get an oil change and they ruined my engine. I still had a van payment. We had to junk our van because Midas ruined my engine!! It was Awful because I had to pay off my van and couldn't even drive it because the engine was ruined!! I still owed $6,000.00 and had to make the payments to save my credit even though it was in the junk yard!! When I contacted Midas about this they gave me a $800.00 to compensate me for my mechanic bills because of this but they didn't offer to pay off my van even though it was their fault!! Buyer Beware!!! I couldn't find a lawyer that wanted to take on the case because Midas went out of business. They said that there wasn't anything they could do because of Midas going out of business. So I got totally screwed!!! Well, now I see that Midas in Westfield, MA is back in business so I'm not sure if it has new owners but I just want to share my story with you just to warn you!!

These guys are the best!! I’ve been a customer for more than thirty years. They keep my 91 Saab turbo, 04 crv with 320k and my 01 Qx4 running like new at minimal cost! They’ve never let me down!

James and staff are top notch. This is the first time I have taken my car to anyone except the dealer and I was pleased to see that their service far surpassed (any) dealer I have gone to. They are into details: from little things like leaving a small (branded) hand sanitizer bottle in the car to the car being washed and the engine being steam cleaned. The icing on the cake was the fact that they came in under the initial estimate and James, the owner walked me through what was done. Lastly, I received a call the following morning from his courteous staff asking if everything was all right and was the car was performing as expected. I will absolutely go back and refer my friends and family to Precision Auto. By the way, I hardly ever do reviews but I felt compelled as the service was exceptional. Thanks James and Staff!
