But he'll probably just throw and bunch of clamps on it and say its fixed hoping you dont know it. Consistently screws customers and credit card companies by not touching cars that are brought back to him for his screwing up the repair the first time, hoping to not restart the clock on the claim. He has mastered the art of escaping liability for his malfeasance because he has faced every type of claim throughout the history of this business which should tell you all you need to know. The only way he stays in business is through police and organized crime connection in the sh*t bag state of rhode island.

This dealership is owned by Griffin Powers who has had at least one business license revoked, due in part, to excessive consumer complaints. In our case my son purchased a vehicle and was told that it included a CARS extended warranty. About a week after purchase the transmission died. The dealer demanded that his 'shop' do the work. I subsequently found that they never purchased the contract from the CARS company. Now, more than a month after the purchase, we do not know where the vehicle is or when it will be returned. Our numerous calls are not returned and when we do manage to speak with anyone they are rude and dismissive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND even looking at a vehicle here.
