Auto repair service near Raynham, MA

I feel the repair was done well on the brakes, haven't had a problem. My biggest complaint is I made an appointment I believe monday for a 8am appointment on Thursday. I arrived on time. When I went to the shop to check on my car around 3:00pm they had not taken it in. They told me they were busy and other cats had came in. I feel my tile slot should have been honored and they should have taken my car in as scheduled. They did not start my car until the following day, and never notified me of this, if I didn't go down to the shop I would not have found out.

As always, John, Jess and the great crew at J&H have exceeded my expectations. The '89 Chevy is ready for another 150K!

I had a flat tire a week or so ago, called AAA to have it towed to Tosti's. Chris called me after he had a chance to look at it. It needed to be replaced and the other tires showed dry rot. It was decided that 3 needed to be replaced including the flat. I was quoted an estimate. It was Thursday afternoon, but was told they would try to finish it by the end of the next day (Friday). And they did. I've been a customer there for a few years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And the cost was less than the estimate.

Needed a sticker and oil change, also questioned the "TIRES FOR LIFE " program and long story short, would not give me a sticker cause my tires were worn, then they said they found that i was missing a maintenance so long story short i was given the free tires but not until after paying almost the equivalent of new tires on a maintenance visit... outragoues almost $400.00 later got my free tires....

I started going to Kevin's years ago on the recommendation of my former repair guy, who retired. All I asked for was a good mechanic who was fair and trustworthy (a lot to ask for these days, eh?) Kevin fits the bill on all the requirements. He works his butt off to get jobs done on time and charges very fair prices. Even more importantly, he stands by his work. Chris you should not be in the business of selling cars you are a rip off artist and a sleaze taking advantage of a elderly woman that was interested in a car you had first off the amount of money you wanted for holding the car you only needed about $200 to hold it for her and you where taking half of the money that you were selling the car for then you talked to her son on the phone that wanted to go see the car with his mom to make sure it was a fair price and there was no major problems and you said no problem and she had the cash to buy the car that day if everything was good. So when they went there to see the car you already sold it and didn't bother calling her to let her know it was sold who does business like that but scum like you sir stay away from this business have no idea how many people he has done this too KARMA BUDDY!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a 2004 Lincoln Aviator off these guys. It took over a week to get the car due to their lack of urgency! They took my trade in for my 02 Chrysler 300 and left me without a car for 11 days!!!! Everyday I would call and they would say it will be ready this afternoon. Finally I get the car, the mirror is still broken, I still don't have the center caps I was promised by the owner and staff, and the center console is still held shut with Velcro. It was written in my Bill of Sale that these items must be replaced, it has been five weeks and I have been getting the run around. After talking with a few people, this seems to be the common theme with these guys. They will not honor the Bill of Sale that I singed in June. They have done everything possible and made every excuse why they have not delivered what was promised in the Bill of Sale.

Do NOT go here. Scott rips people off. I stopped going to him after I was told by two seperate mechanics on two seperate occassions that I was over-charged. The first by at least $400, the second time at least $700. I had the final straw when I left my car with him for almost TWO WEEKS and he still had not looked at it! I have been asking friends for rides to work and every time I ask this guy he says "I've been busy". When I asked what's wrong with it he said HE DOESN"T KNOW. That is proof that he didn't bother to look at my car at all! THIS GUY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND CHARGE FOR LABOR WHEN YOUR CAR IS SITTING IN HIS LOT. HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS HE CARES ABOUT MAKING MONEY AND THAT IS SHOWN BY HIS LACK OF CONSIDERATION IN COMPLETING HIS WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. I understand he's busy, but if you're so busy you cant be bothered to look at my car for over a week and a half then TELL ME TO GO ELSEWHERE!! Seriously, I couldn't be more angry and upset with the lack of consideration and poor treatment at this horrible mechanic. HE IS THE WORST MECHANIC!!! DONT GO THERE!! I've had honda's my whole life and I will never return. BEWARE OF THIS CRAP HOLE SHOP!!!
