Hi I'm from The Brockton Enterprise! Would like to talk to the owner! In regards to a case you took a Homeless, physical and Mentally Disabled person to court to charge him for trespassing! All the person did is found one of your cars open in the winter to take shelter and warmth not to die! The Court documents prove this! This would be great front page news! Missy # 617-302-2194! If not I will follow the case and take statements from the lawyer and victim! Multi Million dollar company wants to put away a homeless Veteran instead of helping there community! Sincerely Missy!

Horrible Service. Originally I told them my car is making a noise and I had just had my rotors and brakes done. It was clearly metal rubbing together. Simple thing to check but because I'm a women they attempted to take advantage of me. They tried to tell me my brakes were cheap until I said I got them from the dealership. They tried to tell me I need a part replaced that I don't. I waited for an hour and was never told what they were going to do or how much it was going to be. I only asked that he tell me what the noise was. After an hour and having the owner in the office with me and then slip away, without a word. The mechanic says it sounds better, I was told to charge you x amount of dollars. But they didn't do ANYTHING! I called the owner and all he could say was it's for what they did but couldn't say what they did. I refused to pay and surely as a drove away my car was just as loud as when I came in. Total waste of time. A bunch of snakes.

It was my first time purchasing a car and I decided to get a used one so that I can save. AutoDrive1 really helped me in choosing the one that I want and need. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a 2004 Lincoln Aviator off these guys. It took over a week to get the car due to their lack of urgency! They took my trade in for my 02 Chrysler 300 and left me without a car for 11 days!!!! Everyday I would call and they would say it will be ready this afternoon. Finally I get the car, the mirror is still broken, I still don't have the center caps I was promised by the owner and staff, and the center console is still held shut with Velcro. It was written in my Bill of Sale that these items must be replaced, it has been five weeks and I have been getting the run around. After talking with a few people, this seems to be the common theme with these guys. They will not honor the Bill of Sale that I singed in June. They have done everything possible and made every excuse why they have not delivered what was promised in the Bill of Sale.

Do NOT go here. Scott rips people off. I stopped going to him after I was told by two seperate mechanics on two seperate occassions that I was over-charged. The first by at least $400, the second time at least $700. I had the final straw when I left my car with him for almost TWO WEEKS and he still had not looked at it! I have been asking friends for rides to work and every time I ask this guy he says "I've been busy". When I asked what's wrong with it he said HE DOESN"T KNOW. That is proof that he didn't bother to look at my car at all! THIS GUY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND CHARGE FOR LABOR WHEN YOUR CAR IS SITTING IN HIS LOT. HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS HE CARES ABOUT MAKING MONEY AND THAT IS SHOWN BY HIS LACK OF CONSIDERATION IN COMPLETING HIS WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. I understand he's busy, but if you're so busy you cant be bothered to look at my car for over a week and a half then TELL ME TO GO ELSEWHERE!! Seriously, I couldn't be more angry and upset with the lack of consideration and poor treatment at this horrible mechanic. HE IS THE WORST MECHANIC!!! DONT GO THERE!! I've had honda's my whole life and I will never return. BEWARE OF THIS CRAP HOLE SHOP!!!

Chris you should not be in the business of selling cars you are a rip off artist and a sleaze taking advantage of a elderly woman that was interested in a car you had first off the amount of money you wanted for holding the car you only needed about $200 to hold it for her and you where taking half of the money that you were selling the car for then you talked to her son on the phone that wanted to go see the car with his mom to make sure it was a fair price and there was no major problems and you said no problem and she had the cash to buy the car that day if everything was good. So when they went there to see the car you already sold it and didn't bother calling her to let her know it was sold who does business like that but scum like you sir stay away from this business have no idea how many people he has done this too KARMA BUDDY!!

There is NO BETTER PLACE to take your car for service, repair or estimates. There isn't anything they couldn't handle. I have been using them for years for fleet vehicles as well as my own personal car. Can't imagine taking it ANYWHERE else, ever. It's nice to find people you can trust.
