Turnpike Service Inc. is now under new management. I have followed the mechanic, Patrick from Beverly to South Hamilton and now to Topsfield. He is the fairest and most honest mechanic that I have ever met. He has been working on my 1998 Jeep for over 5 years now and keeps it "running better than new." He has never tried to sell me things that I do not need and will not "replace" parts simply because I feel that they are getting old. He constantly asks me, "when is the part going to break? A year from now or ten years from now?" I never have an answer for him but I find that his answer is always quite sobering. Simply put, why fix something that is not broken? When it (or if) it breaks we can deal with it then. He constantly tells me to save my money! Imagine that!!! He has kept my Jeep running to perfection and I appreciate it greatly. Heck, I have followed him for 3 towns now and I would follow him again! In a way I want to keep Turnpike my little secret but after the way he has treated me over the years I feel that it is only right of me to let the rest of the world know about Patrick too and hopefully he will become as successful as he wants to be. Just as long as I still get special treatment and to the front of what is sure to be a long line in the future. Just kidding, but not really. LOL.....

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. This dealership is owned by Griffin Powers who has had at least one business license revoked, due in part, to excessive consumer complaints. In our case my son purchased a vehicle and was told that it included a CARS extended warranty. About a week after purchase the transmission died. The dealer demanded that his 'shop' do the work. I subsequently found that they never purchased the contract from the CARS company. Now, more than a month after the purchase, we do not know where the vehicle is or when it will be returned. Our numerous calls are not returned and when we do manage to speak with anyone they are rude and dismissive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND even looking at a vehicle here.

I thought it was almost impossible to find an honest and fair auto mechanic. Keith Cournoyer the owner of the shop explained everything that needed to be done and the cost. He gave me time to compare prices and do some research to make sure I was getting the best deal. His price was by far the lowest. He told me it would take about 3 hours, he called me in two!!! The car is now fine. He was fair, fast, and honest, and I trust him. Will not go anywhere else, and reccommend him to everyone.

I would not recommend anyone to get any type of service done here. I sent my daughter to have a diagnostics and quote done by these rip off artist and they told her that it was her motor and wanted 2400.00. so I asked her to have it towed to another service center for an other opinion and when it arrived there they had discovered that the plugs and wires and coil removed. I would really like to know how to deal with these type of operators as I live so far away.

Tuned up my Audi. Cheaper than the dealership and car feels great!
