I arrived on my way from Massachusetts to Georgia with one of my windshield fluid dispensers not working in the aftermath of a winter storm. It was just before closing on a Friday afternoon, and Country Auto took my car into the shop, warmed it up, got my line unfrozen and charged me nothing! I wouldn't have been able to continue otherwise. This is a great place. It is conveniently located to an I-91 exit.

I've been coming to Brian's Auto Body for about 2 years now. I'm on my second vehicle and he has been the only one to work on my vehicles. He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. Horrible customer service. Do not trust your car with these people.

Very disappointed. Popped a tire on a bad pot hole so I called around and talked to a gentleman here who said they had the tire I needed in stock. Drove here on my spare. After waiting for 30 minutes while they looked at my old one to see if it could be repaired (it couldnt, which I knew), they said the tire actually wasn't in stock here and was at a warehouse somewhere else. They sent someone to pick it up, but we've now been waiting 2 hours and no update. I was lied to and told they had it here... not good business practices. They have also been aggressive when I politely declined other suggested maintenance. Do not recommend.
