Be Warned! I went to them with a hanging parking brake but they didn't discover the problem until they convinced me the problem was due to me needing all new brakes and rotors "over $1100" and to top it off the brakes they replaced they had installed less than 3000 miles before. TO FIX THE REAL PROBLEM THEY DISABLED MY EMERGENCY BRAKES. (((Are they dishonest or just incompetent)))

The continued professional attitude of the Firestone Team at the Madison Heights, MI store is amazing. I purchased 4 new Firestone 710 tires from Jeff and Pat and they were installed and the ride and quiet support were as they said they would be. I always appreciate their demeanor because I deal with the public and it is tough to always be on top of your game.
