Auto repair service near Wildwood, MO

Brought car in for brake repair estimate and received nothing but heartache. Estimate was very high and shop admitted additional damage done on unrelated brake components while doing inspection to fix minor brake repair. Shop refused to fix damage caused during inspection upon learning I had decided not to have Meineke complete any repairs needed. Brought car to another repair shop and fixed ALL work, including damage done by Meineke during inspection, at half of Meineke's original estimate to fix car. Filed to BBB ---case is pending. STAY AWAY and save yourself time and pain.

I am so very thankful to have found Mr. Meixner and his exceptional crew of expert mechanics! In the last four years I have had to bring my truck into their shop for repairs three different times. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and the speed and efficiency with which the jobs are completed is astounding. The job has always been done correctly the first time. My only regret is that I have waited so long to express my gratitude in writing. If you are looking for honest and dependable work, look no further. They are over priced and when you try to negotiate they are very rude. I tried to explain that you can not expect someone to pay over what Kelley blue book is for a vehicle there comment was I will find someone to buy it. So I interpret that to mean they just wait on a sucker to come along. My advice before you buy anything from them check KBB and make darn sure they are not misrepresenting options of the vehicle. BEWARE

This company sold a vehicle to my clients within the last 24 hours. At the time of sale and on the bill of sale, they failed to disclose that it was a salvage title. We later find out that the title is marked Salvage Title. Now they have said that they will take back the car and retain $600 from my client. We are filing complaints with the Missouri Attorney General's office on Premier Auto Leasing and its parent company, SK Motors LLC. It pays to know what you are buying and how much integrity the agency has before you buy.

I agree with Gene. In my case I drive a diesel Sprinter, very hard to get good service on to begin with because it is all German. I live in Montana too. I was referred to Westport Autohouse by a friend whose personal experience was very similar to the other review. So I called and made an appointment. The owner - Mike- insisted that because he had to order parts I should plan on leaving it overnight. I told him - Ok but- I had to be finished by 4 PM on Thursday since i had to be in another part of the state for business on Friday. The initial estimate was fine and was accurate to what needed to be done according to my research on the problems and the symptoms. The final bill came in a bit higher but they had completed all the repairs, the van drove smoothly and perfectly for the first time in months !! I am elated. I had been in a Mercedes Benz dealership earlier to get the same things done and they wanted over $2,000 more and most of that was for the wrong stuff anyway. I highly recommend Westport Autohouse and plan to use them every time I need a repair in the future. Tim B.

Amazing customer service! I was given a breakdown of services I would need ..they even offered discounts. They were really honest and answered all of my questions. Also given their opinion on which services I should prioritize since I wasn't able to pay for all of the services that day. 100000% would recommend to everyone. Great people at this shop. They brought my MGA back from the dead, and stayed within my budget. They had lots of neat cars in the shop for service and restoration from the major and minor British makers (they had an Alvis car in for restoration during my MGAs surgery.)
