Couldn't be more pleased with my first experience! The Korner Shop was able to get my car in and completed the same day I made my first call. Not only was a fuel-leak issue i wasn't aware of diagnosed and fixed, but rather than replacing additional parts without my knowledge and charging me for it upon pickup, I received a personal call from Dan giving me the pricing/options and was asked before any additional work was done. I'll definitely be back. Dan and his team are prompt, professional, and provide a genuine and honest experience for their customers. Miles Warren

Great experience. I went in blind and last minute to get my 1971 Impala worked on before I headed out of town; they were able to fit me in immediately and get it done. Staff is complete and very knowledgeable. -Quentin Simmons

Today I received some of the best customer service I have ever received from a local shop. My wife's ZX2 stopped on Hwy 35 and AAA recommended Shaw's Tire and Auto to service it. I, however did not need a recommendation, because I have been taking my cars to Bobby Shaw for the last 7 years. He has always over communicated... Calling to ask me if I wanted the cheap, mid level or best part to replace the failed part... I love that he gives me the choice. I know in advance what my bill is going to be, and he always calls if he finds something out of place that may need my attention in the future. Like today... He replaced the fuel pump and the alternator... But when he had it on the rack... He noticed that the outside tie-rod was about to fall off... So he called, knowing in was tight on my finances, he offered me some options. I NEVER write reviews... But today... You can't seem to stop me... I'm so impressed, yet again, with the service, that I'm blasting the sites with happy reviews! Please, if you value your time and money... Go to an honest service station like Shaw's Tire and Auto!

I would be VERY cautious when purchasing a car from Little Brother Subaru. My wife and my experience there has been very negative, and our personal recommendation would be for a consumer to avoid buying a car there at all. If, however, you are purchasing there, be extremely careful about what car you are actually purchasing. The owner, Tom Wambeke ,was misleading about the 2000 Outback we purchased. He informed us that it was a one-owner car from California, when, in fact, the Carfax showed that it had 3 owners, was in a wreck, and was from the east coast. He also informed us that the mechanics who share his building (Harmony Motors, who also happen to be related to Mr. Wambeke) had inspected the car and given their recommendation that it was in good condition. He told us that his Carfax subscription was up, and that we would have to get one ourselves. Although we regret it now, we waited to purchase a carfax, and in retrospect, wonder if he knew what it said and didn’t want to show it to us if he could help it. After the purchase, we quickly found there was a transmission that needed immediate repair, a major leak in the exhaust system, several problems in the front end probably related to the accident they had not reported to us, major damage to a wheel bearing, along with several normal maintenance that should have been done along the way. Instead, corners obviously had been cut by previous owners. Not reporting problems or issues with a car is bad enough, but misleading us was another step that has led us to give this establishment a very low recommendation along with a desire to never do business there again. Mr. Wambeke did originally pay half of our transmission repair bill, probably understanding that he sold us a lemon, but has not even responded to notifications and requests regarding all of the other repairs we have had to do. Montana lemon laws prevent us from taking any action, but we certainly want to inform the public. Either as a result
