Master Tech has been servicing my 1997 Toyota Camry since I purchased it in 2000. There isn't a better service center available and I highly recommend Jake and his team to care for your toyota vehicles too. I feel that time was taken to do the inspection; however, the estimate and amount of work suggested far exceeded a previous inspection from another inspection that was done. The first inspection's total cost was $1778 versus Transolution's $4,300 plus. While Transolution revised the work needed to an estimate of $3,000 plus, the cost was too exorbitant for me. Shortly after getting the vehicle home, I drove it and the brakes went out on me near Les Schwab on Broadway. So, I had them inspect the brakes, which were noted on Transloution's estimate of needing repair to the tune of $700 plus, and all that needed repairing was a leaky valve for $112. I feel that I was being duped by Transolution into thinking this and that needed to be repaired. I will not be using them now or in the future.

I came in on Friday, for tires, courteous enough sales person, well informed about the tires on stock, had free rotations, and free flat repair BUT, NOT OPEN ON SATURDAY, so I went to Les Schwab, They have all of the above, and are open on Saturday, some people only have Saturdays to have tires repaired, or buy.

I took my Audi A4 into these guys after it broke down on my way to work when we were having a really bad cold spell. I was thinking that one of my pumps or my battery was going out because the car was giving me an oil level error before it shut down. When I talked to these guys the next day after having it towed to them, they treated me like and idiot when I told them what I thought was wrong. The next day, they were telling me that my exhaust valve was bent and quoted me 6,000 to replace it??? But, they hadn't found the reason for my oil level light coming on yet? I asked if the timing belt was ok and they said it was fine, so I couldn't understand how I could have bent a valve. Also 6000 to replace one valve and change a timing belt at the same time seemed outrageous to me. I didn't have a good feeling about this situation so I had these guys stop working on my car and had AAA tow my car to Bozeman Audi. My car ended up having a fuel pump that went out and a damaged cam shaft which only ended up costing me 1,900 to get fix saving me over 4,000 in un-needed repairs. Do not take your Audi to these people they have no idea what they are doing, grossly over charge for there work, and are completely dishonest! I will never let them touch my car again!

This place is over priced and they do a really poor job. An employee admitted to me that they rushed my car through and that is why there was still wax on the exterior, the upholstery was not cleaned, and spots were not buffed out. I had to clean the upholstery myself and buff out the spots that needed it. So on top of paying 200 dollars I had to buy more products to finish the job they did not. DON'T GO THERE! They are terrible

I needed my brakes fixed because someone put them on wrong and they were loose and they said $500 to fix them, which is way too much but I just wanted it fixed right so I did it anyways. When I got the car back the brakes still were having the same exact problem and they didn't even check them I find out. Now they squeak also and they didn't even bleed the brakes right. So wasted $500 and has same exact problem and also now squeaks and don't work and have to pump them and they go to the floor. Don't go here unless you have tons of money to waste and don't want your vehicle fixed correctly!!! Had to go somewhere else and they fixed them easily.

This business is now in Stevensville (same phone number) and named "M&M Auto&Welding Trailer Sales"; his demeanor is still as poor, and for some one who claims "I've been in business 26 years, and I know what I'm doing", he couldn't even fix a simple wiring harness on my "throw away trailer" (his words ~ who says this to a customer bringing money?!). He said he could fix it, even volunteered to do more than I asked, and I was okay with that, and a month later he hadn't even touched the trailer. He told me he wouldn't work on it and to come get it. He cussed me out and told me to take my business elsewhere.

stopped in to talk about rebuilding the motor in my car and turbocharging it.. the only thing these guys are willing to do is suggest buying a crate motor or a worn out stock turbo motor to jerry rig into the car.. I wouldn't trust these guys to work on a moped let alone my tuner car
