Auto repair service near Bly, NC

My wife took my truck in (I had out of state tags at the time) to repair the exhaust system. I had no other problems. The mechanic went on about how much my truck was "a piece of junk. Offer to sell us a car he had fixed up. When I got my truck back, I no have difficulty starting it, there is exhuast coming out from under the cab of the truck and I now have a leak in my transmission. None of this was happening BEFORE I took it in. This guy is either crooked or incompetent. I wont give him a second chance to prove to me which one it is.

They replaced the starter with a new Bosch motor and replaced some parts on the convetible top mechanism with great results. Gave additional advice on how to better operate the roof. Consistently professional and friendly service. Timo Aittola

Thank you for the excellent service 5??????????. However, the receptionist, who seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and frequently mentioned her job title in an unprofessional manner towards a couple of the customers . I hope this can be addressed to enhance the overall experience. The idea is to attract customers not run people away!

Came to my place of business. Found the problem, fixed it at reasonable price Pleasant to deal with. Knowledgeable. Honest. Really showed up local Ford dealership on price, knowledge, etc.

Took my car in for an oil change and saw that they had a Groupon special. The Groupon was advertised as $29. The owner told me to ignore the coupon and he would give me the same price. His "same Price" Was $79.95. He said that he had to replace an oil drain plug, which on the invoice is only $13.98.

I went to Auto Track to get a car inspection. I left my phone in my car. I know the phone was there because I got off my phone as I was driving to the dealership and placed it on the passenger seat. I went straight home and locked my car. A couple hours later, I was looking for my phone. I went through my house and car. I checked "find my phone" and my phone was going down Idlewild road which is 12 miles from my house. Of course when I confronted the gentleman who inspected my car, he denied that he had stolen it. These guys are thieves. I wouldn't get my car inspected there, let alone buy a car from them. Buyer Beware!!!!

purchased 1 new steer tire for front of kenworth, had them balanced and and rotated when the drivers side tire was being put on the guy did not place it on all the way when the air was put to the lug and nut it slamed the wheel onto the hub making a big noise, once back on the road it was slinging oil, I change the oil cap it still leaked I took it off and peramtexed it and replaced it, it still leaked, I finally got it to the shop only to find the hub was cracked in 3 places, I took the cracked hub to Blacks tire and told them what happened and guess what the guy I talked to said there was no way they did it all he could say was tork would have broken parts not crack them and in his 30 plus years he never seen tork do anything like that, and that they couldn't have done that, well we never said torking did it we SAID the way it was slamed onto the hub with one lug nut just might have, we never had a problem till work was done there. You no longer have our business, with your service guys just not giving a crap about others property, we do not recommend there services they will break your stuff and blame it on something else.
