Do not buy from this car lot. I bought a f-250 from them that had a cracked motor. Robert told me that when they got the truck it had a small oil leak from the previous owner pinching a seal on the oil pan, which they fixed. Turns out the motor was cracked. I take responsibility for buying it but they did straight up lie about the oil pan gasket or seal. My Mechanic has a shop right down the road and told me that rayz doesn't do anything to their cars when they buy them. He's worked on probably 8 or 10 cars that they've sold to people within a week of them buying the vehicle. So buyer beware of Rayz Car Lot in Selma NC on Hwy 39.

Our daughter is a student at NCSU and her car would not start ... We thought we would try a mobile mechanic instead of dealing with towing and repair at dealer. My daughter said they were extremely nice and replaced starter for less than estimate. Would highly recommend !!

One of the last real Service Stations in the world. They will actually pump your gas! Even if you're filling up with the less expensive self-service gas they offer to check your oil and tires. I've been using this station for tire repair, batteries, oil changes, gasoline for 25 years or so. They are always efficient, prompt, and honest. -Stephen Hulme

My check engine light came on in my 2006 Kia Spectra. I had the codes looked at, and I was told that I needed to take my vehicle to a transmission expert. I took my vehicle to Affordable Transmission and Auto Repair on Capital Blvd in Raleigh. My car was repaired that week at a much less price than anticipated. I just want to thank Eddie for a job well done and for his honesty. If you are looking for honest and reliable mechanic I recommend that this is the place to bring your vehicle.

THIS IS MY 1ST NEGATIVE REVIEW THAT I HAVE WRITTEN ABOUT ANY COMPANY BUT I FEEL LIKE THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THEM. I ALSO HAVE CONTACTED USAA TO RECOMMEND THAT CAPITAL MOTORS BE REMOVED FROM THEIR PREFERRED DEALERS LIST. I bought a car from Capital Motors for my daughter on July 18, 2015 and I bought a replacement key through Capital Motors as the key that they gave us was busted. The salesperson (Calvin) said the key would cost an extra $500 so i PAID THE EXTRA $500 LIKE A FOOL. After several attempts to get the replacement key, my husband receives a call from Capital Motors salesperson (Calvin) tonight (8/28/15) and Calvin has the Volvo dealership on the speaker phone so my husband can hear their conversation. The Volvo dealership said the cost of the key and programming would be $189.00 so Calvin tells my husband that Capital Motors will write us a check for $189.00 KEEP IN MIND THAT WE PAID AN EXTRA $500.00 BECAUSE CALVIN SAID THAT WE WERE GETTING A DEAL GOING THROUGH CAPITAL MOTORS FOR THE KEY BECAUSE THEY HAVE A SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THE VOLVO DEALER.THE BIGGEST RIP OFF OF THIS ENTIRE DEAL IS WHEN I LOOKED AT THE BILL OF SALES PAPERWORK THERE IS NO MENTION OF THE REPLACEMENT KEY OR THE REPLACEMENT KEY COST SO THEY HAVE BASICALLY RIPPED US OFF FOR $311.00. THE ONLY PAPER THAT WE HAVE IS AN “I OWE YOU A REPLACEMENT KEY” SHEET.CAPITAL MOTORS RESPONSE TO MY BBB COMPLAINT WAS THAT THEY HAD NOT STATED A PRICE FOR THE REPLACEMENT KEY. THINK ABOUT IT, IF THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A PRICE FOR THE KEY THEN HOW WAS THE PRICE OF THE KEY INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT THAT I PAID WAY BACK ON JULY 18, 2015 AND WHY WOULD THEY HAVE GIVEN ME AN "I OWE YOU A REPLACEMENT KEY"SHEET ON JULY 18, 2015 if I hadn't paid them any money?

Do not buy a car from these people! They are the worst! I have been dealing with these people since Memorial Day weekend! They do not have clean cars on the lot. They only clean them before they are about to sell them, and even then they will give you the car and tell you to come back tomorrow for detailing. They also promise to get the car into the shop to get repairs done that they PROMISED to have done. (Once they got the check from the bank in the mail of course) It's almost time for my first payment but you know what I keep hearing about getting the car repaired? Tomorrow, we can get it in tomorrow. I'm driving around with a MAJOR oil leak that they have put into the shop on 3 separate occasions to have fixed. They even took it to the shop next door to have someone look at it to tell them exactly where the leak was at so the other shop would know right where to look! Then they told me the shop won't be able to get me in until Monday. Guess what, it's Friday they have made no attempt to get the car in the shop to get the oil leak fixed as well as do other repairs on the car that needs to be done so that it is a SAFE vehicle to drive. Through the 3 months we've been dealing with these slack tailed heartless rip off car dealers I met many other people that were having the same difficulties. One of which even gave them over $13,000 that started having electrical problems. Auto Drive was unable to give them their money back but they would be willing to help them get into another (much cheaper) vehicle. Auto Drive LLC is not the type of company that cares about it's customers. They are the type of company that takes advantage of people that are unable to get financing at reputable dealers. I know I'm not the only one that has had issues with this car place. They took what was supposed to be a fun filled car buying experience into a nightmare.

First time customer - I took my Chrysler 300 in for brake noise and was told I needed new calipers, rotors and fluid. They seemed nice, and told me I also needed new lug nuts because the last garage had put them on too tight. After $1,100 I picked up the car after hours and it still made wheel noise, only this time a bump bump bump sound. I had to take the car out of town the next day. While in VA I stopped for gas and to check out the increased noise. The tire was loose. I had the car towed to a different garage and they told me the lug nuts had not been tightened and the brake line was not properly connected. I called A&J to explain and sent them a copy of the invoice with photos from the other shop. The person on the phone said he'd let the owner know. Since then (one week) I've reached out and have heard nothing. No discussion, no offer to help, no apology. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Watch out, ladies. If you're married, the service mechanic and the service department manager will call your "significant other" and report your "bad" behavior. Yes, this was done to me yesterday. Just because I'm married doesn't give them the right to "tell on me". Oh My God! Grow up, grow a pair, Leith, and deal with the b****. If you don't have the guts, then guess what MY business, and I'm the one making this car payment, WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Ooooooo big bad Leith Honda. Yep, watch out for Damon, and the service manager. They'll tell on you in a heart beat. If I get called on the carpet, so do you. And my audience is the public.
