However, the receptionist, who seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and frequently mentioned her job title in an unprofessional manner towards a couple of the customers . I hope this can be addressed to enhance the overall experience. The idea is to attract customers not run people away!

What an excellent car buying experience I had!! I hade purchased my BMW 325 from Lake Norman Imports and recently traded it in for an unbelievable Jeep Rubicon that I am in love with. Wish we had looked at public records and other reviews of the dealerships owned by Randy (Randolph) and Angela Salter. Their dealership in South Carolina had several small claims cases in favor of various plaintiffs against the owners/dealership known as Carolina Boat or Carolina Boat and Car. In addition there was a judgement against their NC business, American Marine Liquidators in 2012 (SC courts). My daughter bought a car from here 1 week and 4 days ago and yesterday the check engine light came on, the engine made a noise and it would't always accelerate. Since the license plates were ready yesterday, I went in today ...April 2, 2013.... to pick them up and told the guys in the office about the problems with the car and they just didn't care! Since the car is falling apart after having it for JUST 1 week and 4 days, I can not in good conscience recommend this car dealer to anyone!!

had Tahoe aligned in high point twice. Thomasville once, still bad driving. tried Perrymans in Lexington, found front end had not been aligned as spacers were still in place. once perrymans aligned my tahoe it drove like a dream. driving for several months and still good. thank you guys! gerald flinchum

We were on vacation and were from another state. AAA towed our van to this garage over the weekend to get repaired. Once they opened Monday morning we talked to Jamie and within 21/2 hours they had fixed the issue and charged us a very reasonable price and had us back on our way to the beach for our vacation. I would recommend this garage to anyone who has issues. Very clean facility and very friendly, wonderful, competent mechanics. I give Erlanger Auto Care and their mechanics 5 stars and A+ rating!
