Took my Toyota Camry for 2 tire repairs at 8:45am on 06/27/2024. Had previously purchased set of tires from them in September 2023. Left vehicle at shop, received a call that 1 tire couldn't be repaired so I purchased a new tire. At 4pm received a ready to pickup call. Pickup vehicle at 5:25pm with note on paperwork that 2nd tire had a slow leak and dirt was cleaned off it for $32. Once in vehicle saw PSI was 21 on second tire. Advised staff before leaving and was told I could leave it overnight as well as a side statement "that he had worked on that car all day". Of course I did not leave it. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Thanks to Pep Boys business for removing a nail and repairing my second tire.

Aamco Transmissions

I can honestly say if I ever need my car fixed for anything, I will definitely bring it to Aamco for service. The guys that serviced my car at Aamco in Fayetteville, NC was more than help and some! My first visit was to get a new transmission in my car. After getting my transmission fixed my air conditioner decided it wanted to quit it's job and no longer blow cold air. So seeing how well they did with my transmission I went back to see if they could fix my air. When I tell you less than 30 minutes after taking my car to Aamco I was back in my car riding with AC!!!! I'm so grateful for the gentlemen that I met at Aamco. They taught me the importance of the small parts on my car and how they can have a big role on how the car functions. I will definitely recommend people to Aamco. Their service/customer service deserves a 5 star rating!((((Awesome))))) -Katrina

Set an appointment to have repairs for an Alternator and an Oil Pressure Sensor replaced. After being misquoted, waiting on parts, and ultimately waiting on the repairs to be completed, 3 weeks has come and gone. Decided to go up to the place and the Owner was working on the car. Per conversation the original mechanic came down with COVID (Praying he’s ok), and he, the Owner, was the only one performing repairs. It became obvious through his admission he was still trying to figure out how to get the Sensor out. Didn’t realize he had to take off the Cam and Fuel Injectors that required additional replacement gaskets and such! I politely asked him if he could put the car back together so I could have it towed to the dealer. After paying $1844 for the Alternator job and parts for the Sensor repair job Tow truck tows car to dealer and after being off loaded vehicle catches fire. As noted by Fire Chief, cause of fire to be gasoline and loose wiring causing an arch!!! Car is deemed a TOTAL LOSS! I’m out $1844 and a $19000 car!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE??

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! FRAUD!!! SCAM!!! They did a tint service for me and dented my car on both sides. Then they sold me rims and tires that they did not balance and that were defective. I cannot drive over 35 mph without my car violently shaking and without my hazards on. The refuse to refund me for the defective tires.

Meineke Car Care Center

1.5(2)
6017 Yadkin Road, Fayetteville

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! This Meineke is full of scam artists. They lied about doing a tire rotation and then tried to say my tires were too damaged to rotate. It took over an hour for an oil change that I had scheduled several days in advance. There were seven people "working" and there was only one other car in the shop. Everybody was just sitting around playing on there phones. Then they tried to sell me brand new tires for over $1,000. I took the tires to another shop to be rotated and checked. The tire shop said the tires are in great shape and have 80% tread. I asked Meineke for a partial refund and they said they don't give refunds. Now my oil cooler is cracked because they over-tightened the oil filter and it's going to cost several hundreds of dollars to fix. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!

Bryan Honda

1.0(2)
4104 Raeford Rd, Fayetteville

I called to make an appointment based on a letter I received in the mail from Honda corporate. The phone rep took my information, set up a service date and time and answered my questions, although slower than I would have expected. 30 minutes later I got a call from another person from the same service facility, loudly telling me I'd need to call back that there had been a "glitch" in their system and my appointment was gone. What really happened: They deleted my appointment, rescinded their promise to replace parts, and started the run-around. The first rep was in training, and told me my car would be seen under warranty and a known-to-fail component replaced. Instead the person I called back tersely told me that there would be nothing fixed, and had me reschedule. I got information about the shuttle, because for some strange reason, they do not offer loaner cars (like every other dealership I've been to outside of Fayetteville). After ensuring they had after-hours drop-off available when confirming my appointment, the after-hours dropbox was behind a construction fence with the deposit slot taped shut. The after-hours receptionist insisted I put my drop-envelope and key in the after-hours box, despite the fact that I could not physically reach the box due to the fence, open the slot due to the tape, or even obtain an envelope since I can't get to the box in the first place! After a lengthy discussion, I convinced the receptionist to put the key on a service manager's desk or somewhere safe I was called after the appointment, informed nothing was replaced, and given options for shuttle service. The next day, first thing in the morning, I called to schedule shuttle service. After waiting on hold for several minutes (just after the stealership opened, and prior to the time I was told the first shuttle run of the day happened), the receptionist told me the shuttle driver could not be reached. She took my number and informed me that she would pass it on to the shuttle driver who would call me shortly. Half an hour later I still had not received any call. I waited for another 15 minutes, then called the dealership back. The receptionist took my call, informed me she would transfer me to service or the shuttle service and asked me to hold. Then the exact same experience happened. Twice more. Three times the receptionist seemed unable to put me in touch with anyone aside from the switchboard. The fourth time I asked for a manager. I went through the loop again and ended up back at the switchboard. Finally, on the fifth time, after asking [kindly] to speak with the manager, I was hung up on. I was going to just chalk it up to a bad day, attempt to never use Bryan Honda ever again, and inform everyone I could meet about my bad experience, but I thought I'd give it one last try. I called back and asked to talk to the General Manager. This time I could hear the receptionist set the call on the desk and ask multiple others for the GM's extension. The phone rang and a man gruffly answered: "What?." I asked "Are you the Manager?" "Yeah." This is not how I expected to be greeted by a businessman. Flustered, I continued "Uh, can I have your name please?" I continued to get one word answers from the man on the other end of the line. Finally I stopped trying to get any civility and simply told him that I was disappointed in the level of service I had received from his establishment. His response was something akin to "Fine. You can come pickup your car." To their credit, at least they put my keys on the floor and locked the doors ... although they left they keys and all paperwork in plain sight. Not that the main road on which they're located has any foot traffic, unsavory individuals, or anyone who would want to smash a window, grab some keys, and know the exact address where the car would be parked in the future. Do yourself a favor - stay as far away

8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

3219 Fort Bragg Road, Fayetteville

Initially I went to Nationwide because my husband had his clutch repaired there and he had nothing but good things to say about the work there. I have a 2003 VW Jetta where the reverse had started slipping. I took it there for them to check it and the owner stated that it would be 2 hours before they'd get back to me. I must include that the car was dropped off at 8:30 am I called around noon with no update only for him to call my husband at 4:50 to advise something that we already knew was not the issue. I went to pick the car up and we tried again to have the transmission repaired. He apologized for the situation before and assured me that was not the way they handled business. He stated they would have to take the tranny apart to properly diagnose the issue. He did not include the vital info about not being able to put it back together with out rebuilding it or replacing it. Needless to say when he did let me know how much it was to fix it I hesistated and wanted to look around for a better price. Since then I called him back to see what his price would be and he was the most arrogant prick ever. He stated that he did not sell junk and was sure that all of the prices I had been given would be lower. Mind you I had been told several prices from all over not just Fayetteville. Completely unhelpful! I'm not sure if he was insulted by me asking him to compete for my business but I for one was disgusted in the way he came across. I only wanted to know if he could re-quote the price he had given me before because I had misplaced the paper he gave me, but from the convo we had a few months back the price I had been given by someone in Raleigh was only $100 cheaper. I live in Fayetteville so it would basically balance out since I would have to have the car towed anyways. I'm not sure what kind of customer service my husband was used to but I have been in customer service for over 10 years and that was a great example of what not to do and I for one will not pay someone
