What an excellent car buying experience I had!! I hade purchased my BMW 325 from Lake Norman Imports and recently traded it in for an unbelievable Jeep Rubicon that I am in love with. Garry and Chance made sure everything was perfect on the car and everyone there was nice and honest! I will definitely recommend this business in the future to all of my friends! Wish we had looked at public records and other reviews of the dealerships owned by Randy (Randolph) and Angela Salter. Their dealership in South Carolina had several small claims cases in favor of various plaintiffs against the owners/dealership known as Carolina Boat or Carolina Boat and Car. In addition there was a judgement against their NC business, American Marine Liquidators in 2012 (SC courts). Thank you to those of you who responded to us with details of your issues with this dealer in the past. Consumers: In summary, we warn you about purchases with the dealer American Marine Liquidators. My daughter bought a car from here 1 week and 4 days ago and yesterday the check engine light came on, the engine made a noise and it would't always accelerate. Since the license plates were ready yesterday, I went in today ...April 2, 2013.... to pick them up and told the guys in the office about the problems with the car and they just didn't care! Since the car is falling apart after having it for JUST 1 week and 4 days, I can not in good conscience recommend this car dealer to anyone!!

I have been going to Figs Automotive for a few years now and they have never let me down. Professional and down to earth people always willing to help and answer questions. I will continue to be a patron tp their services. High five on the new inspection station. What a convenience.

This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicle. I trust them to do the repairs and they always call me and tell me how much before doing the job. I was having an issue with my vehicle last week so I called Dale and he said stop by after I get off work. So I got there about 5:00 ,they close at 6:00. Mark was the person that looked at my vehicle and tells David, the owner, what the problem was and that it was going to take about an hour and half to fix. Knowing that I needed my vehicle and had no other way to travel. David, Mark, and Dale all agreed to stay and get my vehicle running again. Now the other problem, getting the part. David takes off in his own vehicle and gets the part that was needed while Mark takes out the old part. David gets back, Mark does his magic and my vehicle is ready. Now we are talking almost 7:00 and I was so happy I hugged each one of them. I was so thrilled that they would do this for me. This proves not all car repair buisnesse's will try to take advantage of women.You guys are the best!!!!!!

I honestly wish I could give 10 stars. I have been a customer over the past 3years. I'm now taking a second car to them for maintenance and repairs. Everyone here is friendly and available to answer any and all questions. They don't try to sell you unnecessary work. Prices are fair too. Who could ask for anything more? Had and issue with my M5 that even the Hendrick Dealer couldn't figure out. Searched the web and found BCH Imports and figured I would try them out. They not only found and fixed my problem, they showed and explained everything in detail and communicated via email and texting which means everything to me since I am very busy and can't get away from work very often. They have earned my business and plan on returning soon to get some "custom coding" done for my lights and windows. I encourage anyone who has a BMW to visit these guys first.

Always has my car fixed and back to me the same day. Affordable. Trustworthy for women and elderly.They are the only people I trust with my repair work. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My two sisters also use Nick with satisfaction.

Wrong information posted in regards to this location. There is no auto repair at this location & has not had for the past 10 yrs. It is now a 7 eleven at this location.
