I'm hoping you're doing the best you can. But I'm sitting here without a vehicle, waiting to hear from you regarding approval of the repair on my vehicle. I was told I might be able to get a loaner or that I should get a rental from Enterprise. I don't know if there is a special procedure to get that rental so that might get reimbursed somewhat for the rental cost. I called service several times and sent a text message but have not received any response. What makes things more difficult is that my 83 year old wife is a victim of strokes and seizures and dementia. I cannot let her out of my sight. So, I guess I will try to go ahead and get the rental tomorrow. I jus wish I knew where things stand. Hans Weidig

Alec and Dillion did a great job on my 28 yr. Old Mercedes. Fixing the root of the problem. Firestone had told me not to bring my car back to them. Luckily I took it to Euro Cars Southend.
