However, the receptionist, who seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and frequently mentioned her job title in an unprofessional manner towards a couple of the customers . I hope this can be addressed to enhance the overall experience. The idea is to attract customers not run people away!

Stay away from this place, the owner doesn't value customers! A/C condenser was replaced in this shop, for some reason too much refrigerant was added to the system and it stopped cooling the next day. The owned looked at the issue himself and offered me to buy a new condenser and start everything from the beginning. I went to the other place to check for the issue and they told me that the condenser is fine but the system is over charged and refilled the system. The owner of Gold Hill Automotive didn't want to recognize his mistake and refused to compensate even a part of expenses I had to fix the issue. According to him the refill of the system including a refrigerant was done for free so there is nothing to compensate! Be careful how a bill is written, don't trust this guy and stay away from this place!

This is the best place to take your import car if you care about it. These people are as honest as the day is long,are certified and very reasonable rates for repair and maintenance.They also can repair cars that have extended warranties and get paid by the warrantee company.

Their dealership in South Carolina had several small claims cases in favor of various plaintiffs against the owners/dealership known as Carolina Boat or Carolina Boat and Car. In addition there was a judgement against their NC business, American Marine Liquidators in 2012 (SC courts). My daughter bought a car from here 1 week and 4 days ago and yesterday the check engine light came on, the engine made a noise and it would't always accelerate. Since the license plates were ready yesterday, I went in today ...April 2, 2013.... to pick them up and told the guys in the office about the problems with the car and they just didn't care! Since the car is falling apart after having it for JUST 1 week and 4 days, I can not in good conscience recommend this car dealer to anyone!!
