I AM FROM FLORIDA VISITING MY GRANDKIDS,ON MY WAY HERE TO JACKSONVILLE MY CAR FELT LIKE IT WAS ALL OVER THE ROAD.SO I WENT TO A SHOP ON MARINE BLVD IN JACKSONVILLE,NC CALLED "MERCHANTS AUTO REPAIR" AT MERCHANT'S I ASKED THEM TO LOOK AT MY CAR AND CHECK THE FRONTEND ALIGNMENT TO MAKE SURE THE ALIGNMENT WAS GOOD OR BAD.FIRST THEY HAVE SOMEONE LOOK AT MY CAR THAT JUST STARTED EMPLOYMENT THERE. HE PROCEDED TO CHECK MY FRONTEND. NEXT THE SERVICE ADVISOR TELLS ME I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY INNER TIE ROD ENDS TO WORN OUT TO GIVE ME A ALIGNMENT. I ASK HOW MUCH FOR REPAIR TO JUST DO MY INNER TIE ROD ENDS TO MY SURPRISE HE GIVES ME A QUOTE OF (LISTEN TO THIS AND REMEMBER THE PRICE) 400.00 DOLLARS TO JUST DO INNER TIE ROD ENDS. I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD LIKE TO DO INNER AND OUTER TIE ROD ENDS BUT THE PRICE I FELT AT THE TIME WAS TO MUCH..I GO TO NAPA AUTO PARTS TO BUY INNER AND OUTER TIE ROD ENDS WHICH INCLUDES 4 SEPERATE PARTS 2 INNER AND 2 OUTER FOR A PRICE OF $82.00 DOLLARS. I SEE THIS SIGN ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD THAT READS "JERRY'S AUTO REPAIR" SO I DECIDE TO STOP IN AND ASK HOW MUCH HE WOULD CHARGE TO INSTALL 2 INNER AND 2 OUTER TIE ROD ENDS TO MY SURPRISE THE QUOTE HE GIVES ME IS AMAZING $200.00 DOLLARS TO DO BOTH AND MERCHANTS WANTED TO CHARGE ME $400.00 DOLLARS JUST TO DO INNERS WOW WOW WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE..WAIT WAIT THATS NOT ALL..ONE OF JERRY'S EMPLOYEES CHECKS MY CAR AND SAY'S TO ME THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR. WOW WOW WOW!!!JERRYS GARAGE COULD HAVE JUST REPLACED THEM WITH OUT ME KNOWING ANY DIFFERENT BECAUSE OF MERCHANTS DIAGNOSIS TELLING ME THAT MY INNER TIE ROD ENDS WERE BAD..SO I FELT RELIEVED THAT JERRYS SHOP WAS VERY VERY HONEST AND LOOK AT THE PRICE DIFFERENCE IT SAY'S IT ALL ABOUT HOW HONEST AND AFFORDABLE JERRYS GARAGE IS...I SURE WISH I HA

My husband and I just purchashed a new vehicle from Don Williamson Nissan this evening, and to say I was impressed is a complete understatement. From start to finish they were absolutely wonderful. Every employee that passed you introduced themself and... oh my gosh... REMEMBERED your name every time they saw you! We spent about 3 hours there with Ezra Ward, and he was marvelous. It was never ever about the sale, it was about finding the right car for my entire family. We set the perameters for what we wanted as a monthly payment, interest rate, what we would accept for our trade in, ect., and they met all of those. We went in there just wanting to get some info because we got a letter saying they were doing a Credit Recovery Program for those who met certain criteria. I never expected to be walking out of there with a new car, and a plan that is going to rebuild our credit. Because it was so late they asked me to come in tomorrow so they could detail the vehicle (its already spotless to my standards) and to give us a gas card to fill it up. We have two children under 3 and they were getting very antsy towards the end. Ezra offered to get them some juice and snacks, but when he went to the back I saw him pull out his own money to pay for those things. It was so touching that he would do that. I will be recommending them, especially Ezra, to everyone I know and meet down here! Great work guys!

I have been doing busines s with C&D motors since 1993. During this time I have purchased 6 vehicles from them and have been extremely happy. I am most impressed with the honesty and integrity of the owners and sales staff. The price and quality of the vehicles have always been outstanding. I highly reccomend this business tto anyone looking for a good previously owned vehicle. It is rare to see such customer concern these days. RAH

Good old fashioned service where the owner cares about you and not about how much work and money he can get out of your pocket. Even took the time out of his busy day to help refill the tires of my wifes van when she was 7 months pregnant when I was deployed and did it for free of charge. I use him for all my maintenance matters because I know he will give me the honest truth without trying to see how much extra work he can scam out of me.

Taken to court over threats and abuse, demanding payments before works been started. Odometers and VINs have been removed and switched out on older vehicles. Multiple violations transporting vehicles to other states, namely Florida, with bad tires broken lights and without a CDL.

They told me I needed almost $1200.00 in repair and after I declined and questioned-my repair needs were minimal and done at no charge. I was told my car would not be safe to drive without these repairs as well. I drove home safely without a dime spent.

Would a normal dealership let customer drive home with a "dry" engine? I would also rate them at ZERO STARS if I could. In the past, this Toyota garage "forgot" to put oil and all other liquids into the engine of my Toyota Supra 1989 model after repairing its engine after an oil was found in the coolant tank. No kidding! There was 0% oil, 0% coolant, 0% break liquid, 0% any liquid in my car in the engine when the Stevenson Toyota "mechanic" told me I am good to go and one of the two major bolts holding the engine to the car frame was simply not there, so the engine was wobbling! I was glad I had the habit to check everything before leaving a garage since I usually repair my own car myself. Cost me $1100 to have that done! The original problem was oil in the cooling system; probably some idiot poured oil into a coolant tank at some other Toyota garage before that. Since then I don't even consider purchasing a Toyota since there was no response to my complaint and the African-American man mechanic (to id him the best I can, because this is legal to id by race in the United States) who owned a similar Toyota Supra 1988 (as he bragged to me) screwed my car (keeping it over the weekend) up really "well". I am still remembering that "incident" and there was not a single apology nor action from Toyota dealership nor the Toyota Corporation who I contacted to complain about this horrible incident. Since then I do not even think of purchasing another Toyota.
