Auto repair service near Omaha, NE

This is not a typical auto repair/body shop. I appreciate good customer service and know innovation when I see it. For a small family owned business in La Vista, I'm impressed at the quality and care. You'll see me back!

I had struts replaced a few years ago and never had a problem. I just had major work done on my car and am VERY happy with the outcome. Staff was friendly and helpful. My review will pertain to this company's service and demeanor with customers. I have a Hyundai Elantra that is out of warranty. I was having a certain problem that several other mechanics didn't know how to fix. One of them referred me to the Steering Column Repair company. I called and spoke to Perry, who told me he hadn't worked on that particular problem, but asked for my number and said he would research it and call me back. (Reacting from experience with other mechanics, I thought "yea, right, you'll call me back). Within thirty minutes, Perry called back and told me to try a simple solution that wouldn't require mechanical work and might fix my dilemma without a repair shop. He took the time to explain what to do (from the driver's seat, very simple) and asked me to call him if I needed to bring it in. His solution worked, and I had no more problems. It is a rare thing to find competency, punctuality, and concern in any business today. I highly recommend this business.

These people are incredible. I drive a Land Rover Discovery, which breaks often and usually requires special parts, extra know-how, and extra time to fix. Whenever I show up, the staff always walks through a diagnostic workup with me, and makes sure to ask in-depth questions about what is happening with my car. I can tell they truly care about getting my machine up and running to the highest degree possible. Every encounter I've had with the staff here is warm, welcoming, and interested. The people at Auto Station truly do "Exceptional" work. They are above and beyond the normal, and I cannot recommend them to a higher degree. -Nathan

They may not be the cheapest or the fastest, but quality never is. These guys are top notch. They took my 15 year old Honda and made it look brand new. I could have never sold it so quickly or for so much money without them.

I worked with Ryan for over 2 years and know he lives with integrity and would never try and screw over a customer. He is honest and one of the most intelligent people (at least with cars ;) ) I've ever met. I now have all of the fleet vehicles at my current company use Ryan for their services. No one is more trustworthy. If you've ever used him you know his attitude and professionalism cannot be matched.

I have taken my car here for years. They do good work. They don't overcharge or try to screw you over.

Been fueling up vehicles at this station for years and recently had their mechanic diagnose and repair a problem with the brakes on my parent's minivan. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I have no reservations about recommending their services.

***BEWARE*** He lost the clip to my rearview mirror in the process of replacing my front windshield, he said he would come back and fix it once he got the part. Although he did NOT, 2 weeks pass and I still hadn't heard from him. I left several messages in regards to the mirror, as well as the fact my front windshield leaked air, the seal must not have taken. When I finally got in touch with him, he then he informed me that he wasn't going to make the 20 minute drive out to my home and if I wanted it fixed I had to meet him in Omaha. I was very upset because I felt that was rude and unprofessional. He had no qualms coming to my home to get paid but not to fix either if his mistakes. So reluctantly I met him, however my windshield still LEAKS ans its going on a month. Poor quality as well as terrible customer service

Don't go there! They are dishonest. They quoted me a price on the phone for the job and when I picked up the bike it cost me $700 more than what I agreed to. Problem is I didn't have it in writing and they had my bike

Tim the store manger very rude, work over priced and had some damage to vehicle, but no one owned up. Will not go back and will not recommend to any family or friends.
