I moved into the area recently and am looking for a local shop whom I can trust and not worry about being taken for a "ride", I am happy to say that I found one in Carracino's. Family owned/operated business, very friendly people makes you feel at home, they don't try to push stuff on you will give the recommended work, good pricing, will drop and pick you up if you live close by which I think is really nice of them. I'm so thankful to have such a great and honest mechanic in my neighborhood. The company has been around for 49 years and I can understand why. My husband and I went in to check out a rattling noise in our car and Ross (son's owner) looked at everything. We had a corroded battery that explains the stall when we started the car that could have put us in a very bad situation. We no longer have the rattling noise in the car and we don't have to worry about the car dying from a corroded battery. We got our oil changed, filter changed and all the fluids were filled to make sure our 2015 year old Subaru was running like new. I am beyond words at their professionalism, extremely affordable prices and excellent quality services. We are no longer getting our car serviced at the Subaru dealership and will be going to Ricbon from now on.

I have to say that Dillon and Sonny and all the mechanics at Nor CROSS are the best. They treat me with courtesy and respect. They always treat you fair and do not rip you off like other shops do. They are upfront and honest when they deal with me as a customer. I have been a loyal customer going to them for years now and know that i can trust them to tell me what my cars needs and charge a fair price for the work.
