Their lack of professionalism specifically Willie L. and expertise left me stranded with a vehicle in even worse condition than when I brought it in. They have refused to refund my money along with the new parts I provided them for my car. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable shop that actually knows what they're doing. This repair shop is very bad, I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone, unless you want to get scammed and charged the highest price for anytype of repair. they act very unproffesional, the owner always gives very high estimates and tries to also make money on the parts he orders for cheap after market. not to mention he does prostitution I was told by his employee and drinks alchohol in the office while working. not a place you want to take your car,it will either get your car in worse condition than you brougt it and have individuls who are not properly skilled in repairing cars to experiment on your car

I am fairly new to New York. You hear often the stereotypes of a dog-eat-dog world. So looking for a mechanic, and honesty, is not an easy task. However, I was in a jam and needed to find one. I came across the reviews for Hughes Motor Corp, and I was immediately impressed to make a call. Vinny answered (he's part of a duo with Kevin). He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. They will take care of your problems and put you at ease. Cars are expensive toys, what you hope to get is a decent repair job at a fair price. These guys provide both, you'll be in good hands. Until Car Doctors moved into the neighborhood, I ALWAYS regarded car mechanics with a deep sense of dread and skepticism. Dee Knight is the definition of excellent customer service, and his personable crew of employees are the direct opposite of the duplicitious car mechanic stereotype. The car repair industry in general should follow suite. Thank you Dee!!

The service is horrible. My car was damaged and the shop refused to pay for the repair. Steer clear.
