WARNING: Dishonest Service Manager!!! I ve owned Subarus for over 10 years and I have always trusted the delearships with servicing my cars. Well I will never again trust this dealership. I took my car for a $34.95 oil change, just a regular service. Well the service manager said they did their usual all points check and found my windsheild wipers totally torn and he said they would not be usable, I told him I didn t seem to have any issue. That is when he told me didn t I think I needed to see when I drove my baby around. That scared me enough that I agreed to the new wiper blades. Even though he never told me the cost. When I went to pick up my car, I was given a bill for over $110. The explanation given was the cost of the wiper installation which was $56 alone. When the manger was question he blatently lied and said he had advised me of the cost. I am sure I was never advised, my family does not have the free cash for that big of an expense.

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. 15 years go I found Sonny's shop in Nassau with a parking lot full of Porsches. I was very glad to find such an honest and dependable mechanic, especially since servicing these cars is usually expensive. He has always done the right thing for me, and is reasonably priced considering his skill level and the cars he works on. I went away for a few years to go to school, get married, and have kids, and was very pleased to see him still in business!
