Thankfully this small family owned shop is in existence ,growing up there was one on every corner,these days now have big chain shops with school trained mechanics that have NO hands on experience. I have to say that Dillon and Sonny and all the mechanics at Nor CROSS are the best. They treat me with courtesy and respect. They always treat you fair and do not rip you off like other shops do. They are upfront and honest when they deal with me as a customer. I have been a loyal customer going to them for years now and know that i can trust them to tell me what my cars needs and charge a fair price for the work. Whenever i am confronted with a repair or emergency repair, they always do their best to accommodate me. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car repairs.
