No communication with customer. All contact must be done by the customer. Do not explain what fails or what caused the problem. Perform unauthorized repairs. Charge top dollar. Abuse customer vehicles. Return vehicles with damaged parts. Then want to do free work on the vehicle that you do not need. I would not have them put air in my tires.

On November 27th, 2012, I stopped at Whitaker gas station at 300 s. Easton rd, Glenside Pa, and pumped gas into my car and started on my way. I did'nt get very far because the gas that I pumped and later found out that other drivers pumped contained a black oily substance which rendered my vehicle inoperable. I had to be towed to my home and from there I was towed to my car dealer the next day leaving me with a car repair bill for approx. $700.00. I having been trying every since to be reimbursed for the money I had to pay out of my pocket. The gas station said they are not responsible. I was given a name to who is suppose to be responsible. Right now the buck is being passed back and forth. I have a name and phone number given to me KUMUR is the name 1-732-598-2041 is the phone number. Who ever you are man up now! I am angry, I am a women scorned. I will put this on TV, I will have you in court. I will put the word out all on the internet about you.

Cost was over $2,800. That is way too expensive for tires, brakes, inspection, and a tail light, nearly twice what I would have paid at my usual mechanic. As well, your shecanic didn't clear the dashboard codes so as soon as I drove 2 miles the dashboard warning light came on for the tires. Had to miss more work, return to your shop, to hear a lame excuse from your shecanic and to hear Jenny tell me "We aren't cheap" when I complained the cost was way too high. I told you on my very first visit last month that I was looking for a mechanic that could be trusted by my wife. You aren't it.

Bought the Truck off of E-Bay as a Serviced and Inspected Vehilce. 3 Hours after driving it home the brakes went on it. Vhehicle was brought to a reputable Ford dealership where the tires were taken off and brakes inspected. Dealership showed me the extent of the brakes, the Pads were crumbling off, the rotors were shot and the calipers frozen. Over $1000 to fix. Contacted Dimitry at J & H Auto Sales and all he could say is the Ford ealership was corrupt and he could get the parts cheaper but nothing was done. He spoke poor English and was impossible to communicate with. The next day the truck was fixed paying out of my pocket and the engine goes. The truck was towed back to the shop and this time the bill is $6,600 to fix and the warranty that J & H gave me with the truck doesnt cover anything. I have tried contacting them by phone, e-mail and text and I have received no help from J & H Auto Sales of Upper Darby PA.

I will never take my car to be serviced here again. I usually go to the Nissan on Ridge Pike but decided to go to Ardmore since it is closer to my job and they provide a shuttle service. The shuttle is the only good thing about the service department. And is not worth sacrificing the condition of my Car. I brought my car in initially because the check engine light came on. A few days later the issue was supposedly fixed after replacing a part covered under warranty. An unrelated visit took me back to get a tire replaced. This issue was fixed also. Now, comes the problem: Immediately after getting the tire replaced my air pressure light came on along with the check engine light. I called and they could not see my car for about 4-5 days. During these days I was forced to put air in a brand new tire daily. I finally had an appt and left the car with them all day. Upon picking the car up I have a bill for $160 dollars. They said it was $98 to diagnose the check engine light which read that I had low oil. They did the oil change for about $35 I guess and chared me $15 to check the pressure sensor. They said Nothing was wrong with the pressure and since I just needed a oil change you have to pay for the diagnosis. WHAT?? Being a woman I thought it was just me. Fist off if it was just an oil problem my OIL LIGHT would have come on as it usually does to tell me to check my oil. And I know there is a problem with the tire because it looses pressure daily. Not to mention they charged me $15 to check a tire THEY just replaced themselves. A day after paying for them to basically give me an oil change both lights came back on and the pressure was dangerously low again . I brought it back and they tried to tell me they were going to charge me another $98 and $15 to diagnose the same problems. After speaking with the SM I let them know I would not be paying them any more money. They checked the lights and actually looked at the tire to find I needed a similar part to the initial

This place is a major ripoff, the car dealer Bill is a fraud. He lied to my face about the car saying "it drives great" "shifts smooth" "good brakes". They were all flat out lies, once I took the car to the mechanic. I was stupid for trusting this fraud, but I have learned my lesson never to trust places like this. Beware of bill and all the other car dealers there, frauds. I have over 3000 dollars in car repair bills after I just bought the car, that drives great.
