When you get your car fixed over there, be sure to get a itemized paid receipt. You will see the receipt he will give you will not contain everything on the insurance estimate because he can get in to trouble for charging something he didn't change. Anyhow, get a itemized paid invoice and report him to NYS DMV. There is a time limitation which is like 30 days from day you picked up the car. Chris also bribes the adjusters. He has gotten so greedy that some adjusters didn't bribed, he fight hard to get the estimate up high so he can tell his boss he paid so and so adjuster and his boss shall reimburse him. He steals from customer, and he steals from his boss as well.
