I absolutely love JC. They've provided consistent, reliable service for my car since I moved to the area. They have saved me tons of money- typically in situations where my dealership tries to upsell an unnecessary service not warranty covered. Recently, they looked at a used dealer car I was interested in buying- and found a few potentially costly issues with the vehicle, that were then taken care of by the dealer. I went there for an oil change and got turned away for no apparent reason by the old decrepit man working in the office. There was no reason I simply asked: "Can I get an oil change and get someone to look at the engine, it's been having trouble starting" His answer: "No" Absolutely ridiculous. There's an auto shop directly across the street where they actually accommodated me and seem very friendly.

Their lack of professionalism specifically Willie L. and expertise left me stranded with a vehicle in even worse condition than when I brought it in. They have refused to refund my money along with the new parts I provided them for my car. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable shop that actually knows what they're doing.
