Auto repair service near Westwood, NJ

On Oct 8, 2016 I called Meineke on Forest Ave today and mentioned my car had a rattle and that I was concerned if it was safe to drive. Steve who answered the call said no problem come in and we will look at it. Car is 15 years old with low mileage. Steve and Chris were excellent. They were very busy but within 5 minutes put the car on the left and said it was the heat shields that had to be adjusted. It was fixed in a matter of minutes with no charge. They are now my go to place for car maintenance. Highly recommend Steve and Chris who were courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Nice to know that in todays day and age there is still a place you can trust for fast and honest customer service. Way to go Steve and Chris.

Joe, Anthony and Roger and the staff are the best. They talk to you like a person. I've been to many shops over the years and these guys are knowledgeable, experts , fair, patient, trustworthy and best of all treat you with the utmost respect and tell you exactly what's going on with your car in a way that you understand fully. I would never go anywhere else and you shouldn't either.

Amazing customer service, I was attended to immediately they are kind and curtious professional Mechanics who are dedicated to there customers. I had great experiences every time I went. A lil pricey but the job gets done. And they are also Christians like me whom I can trust telling the truth and honest. I recently had a great experience with Colonial Service Station. I had to bring my car in for an inspection and oil change as well as a couple of other services that needed to be done on my car. Everyone there was extremely professional, diligent and courteous. They were very polite over the phone as well as in person. They followed up with me before completing the services rendered. They were concerned for the safety of their customers and provided detailed explanations of what needed to be done with my vehicle. I would highly recommend Colonial Service Station to anyone who asks me what my experience was.

Just pulled in to ask about a service for my vehicle. Great news, the staff is all well fed. They were all sitting around in the break room just behind the front counter. I walked in, said hi and waited for a reply. The men - about 5 - just kept shoveling food into their mouths and stared at me. Odd, so I waited a moment. Then asked if there is anyone who can help me. They all - and I mean ALL - averted their eyes and went for another forkful. "Soooooo, should I just wait guys?" Another forkful. "Should I just go then," I asked. Finally got an answer. One guy took the time between stuffing his face to shrug at me. I laughed and left. Great place. Can't wait for the failures who run it like this to sell it to someone who might care. I certainly wouldn't want people with that level of pride or care working on my car. So many options with people who don't suck. Go elsewhere. Life its too short to wait for lunch break to end for basic human respect.
