Please do NOT use this shop! I broke down in Albuquerque I live in Moriarty. I called 8 to 8 and Rebecca the owner was very nice during this phone call and proceeded to tell me "that the diagnostic fee would be $50 if they fix it and $150 or more if they don't". I said "ok no problem". She called the next day and told me "it would be over a $1,000 to replace my fuel pump". She then told me "she already ordered the fuel pump". I said "what I didn't agree to that price. That is a lot more then I was willing to pay" and Rebecca the owner said "then ok you dont have to pay for the pump but it's going to be $392.77 for the diagnostic fee". I then said "what? That's insane for just a diagnostic fee". Rebecca the owner then started calling me "dude" and randomly naming off a list of things they supposedly did to diagnosed my car that took over 4 hours of the day. She continued to call me "dude" and being so unprofessional, and combative I couldn't believe it. I had to go into the shop with a Moriarty police officer because I knew with the unprofessional manner that Rebecca the owner conducts herself there would be a confrontation. Thank God for the officer being there because she kept telling me to "stop running my mouth" because I was telling her "I'm done with this conversation to just ring me out". She then said "I'm not accepting your card you must bring cash". I looked at the cop and the cop looked at me and said "just comply. Her shop her way" I said "ok". I went and got the cash and the officer completed the transaction for me. The officer also told me "he responded to a call for the same exact reason before to this auto shop". Please do NOT use this shop!

Guys are very knowledgeable and repaired my truck for a fair price.

I have been to Milo on numerous occasions and he was always honest and did top quality work. I was once told by Big O Tires I needed new struts so I took my car to Milo's and he assured me my struts were fine. He could have easily taken advantage but he did not. I wish he lived here in Portland so I could still take my car to him!

Super nice people, fast service and reliable. Fast towing. Good communication. You will pay well for this, though, huge mark up on the EGR valve ($355.39)and well charge labor ($294.50). Make sure you can afford them.

We appreciate all of my father's clients and their continued love and support of a local business. It is sad to announce that my father passed away on July 2nd, 2017. He was a hard working family man who would give the shirt off his back for anyone. Please continue to support the local businesses in your area.

Best built, best advice, totally honest, and courteous. If you understand that better products cost more "upfront" but are cheaper in the long run then this is the place for you. If you do not know the difference between a bushing and a bearing then just go get the cookie cutter cheap stuff that abounds. However, I have three things for you to consider. 1) Would you want the airpalne you fly in to use the cheap stuff??? 2) How can you believe you get something for nothing when even your relatives only give you a "gift" on your birthday? 3)Professionals that are doing their trade for profits do not use cheap tools because the quality pays for it's self in so many ways. Took my newly purchased clean/mint condition corvette to the Eubank location to tint my windows. Its a 2 door coupe (100$ job) how hard can it be huh? These so called "professionals" scratched both my rear quarter panels and rear bumper cover (basically the area around the rear hatch glass they were working on and refused to take responsibility for the damage. Walter (the owner of all three locations in town) first told me his insurance would take care of it and to bring in an estimate. Turns out he was just jerking me around and decided that he wouldn't cover the damages that his employees caused to my vehicle! I got a variety of excuses ranging from we've never scratched a car in the past X years to well my employee couldn't have scratched it because he doesn't have anything sharp in his tool belt to accusing me of dropping off a scratched up car in the first place (which I just purchased and had witnesses and pictures showing it was spotless). Stay clear of this sleazy d----- %$#, better yet check out their complaints on the Better Business Bureau Website and let them speak for themselves.

We took an 86 camaro in to Earl Schieb for paint and body work,we were told to pick it up in 3 days, it took them 11 days,and we immediatly noticed they didnt do any of the body work, only sloppy paint work. The owner,Scott got in my face and repetedly yelled at me that Im one of those women thats never satisfied, he said this to me three times. I told him to do the body work because I payed for it and he said bring it back the following week, we brought it back and he said he went out of business and we couldnt do any thing about it. We got screwed out of$975.76. On top of all that, the paint peeled,bubbled and wrinkled within a few days. They also painted the new chrome mufflers,gas cap, and got primer on the new rims and new tires. When I complained, Scott told me to get off his lot. I filed a complaint with BBB with no luck.

The service was terrible and unprofessional. Our brief conversation was fiilled with racist undertones and rude comments. The next time I need a trailor, I will NOT be calling them back!
