Even though I had a minor belt problem, the owner, Moe, took a look at my car right away and fixed the belt problem in less than 20 min. I was dreading going to a mechanic but I was recommended to go here and I'm really glad I did!

Our RV needed repairs and we received personal service I never expected. Johnny made sure we knew the what, when, and how much. Plus he sent his son to pick us up. Dear friend, I am Gilberto Ortega of Chihuahua and I have gone buy parts in your shop, I have a motorboat to Mercury Optimax 135hp Nitro 1999 and work starts but after about a minute to stop and start again battle but not achievement working more of 2 minutes. Now I clean injectors in El Paso Fuel Inyectors and put news spark plugs and filter change, but I still problems. once asked you and say me that 90 dollars by diagnostic and that if I accepted the $ 90 is condoned if you aceppted paid the price of the repair. believes that these days could bring my boat to review your workshop? follow the same conditions? Do you Think that you can help me about that?

I purchased an older model BMW which began giving me trouble about a year and 2 months after I bought it. I decided not to take it to BMW of El Paso due to trust issues I had previously with them. I searched the web and found Moroni BMW specialist. God's sent if I may add...he's the most professional, honest and truth worthy person on the phase of the earth! He can diagnose the vehicle just by giving him the symptoms. As long as I have this car he will be my BMW specialist, I will not take the car elsewhere but to Moroni.

I have taken my 2004 Hyundai Sontana to Gandara's Auto Repair several times before. Back in the last week or so in January 2012, my timing belt broke (which also my check engine light was on). Had the car towed to Ganadaras. I agreed to have the work done which included a used engine with 68000 miles. They replaced all the belts. It seemed like it took them forever to fix it. I was also told that the clutch needed to be replaced, I havent had it replaced since I bought the car used a few years ago. Since picking up the car early this week Feb 2012 I have had to take my car back twice. The first time was because the check engine light came on. Second time was because the gas pedal would stick for a few mins. Now I will be taking the car back this week, the car is leaking small amounts of oil and the check engine light is on for the second time since they fixed. Hopefully after taking it back this week there wont be anymore probelms. If I have anymore probelms with my car I wont be taking the car back there. Should of taken the car to the dealership.

They charge for labor, $100.00 and, then check engine light came on. Not Happy. IT took him 20 minutes to install the part, I watched him.

This is the WORSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN EL PASO! I have had to bring my husbands car back to them since last November due a check engine light that would not go away. I brought it to them, supposedly it was the catalytic converter, got it replaced, please drive it for 100 miles and the light will go off they said. It didn't of course. The car drove great, except that light wouldn't go off. So I drove it for 113 miles, light is still on. Called back, they said drive another 300 miles. Light stayed on. I take it back, they told me "OH no, drive it for 1000 miles. Are you kidding me? So again, 1000 miles and still light is on. Took it back, they gave me a rental to drive while they figure out the problem, for another MONTH. They kept saying they didn't know what as wrong with it, car runs great! They will call GMC and see what they say. I get a call, They said " Oh it's your fuel injector, running rich. We need to replace them so your other catalytic converter doesn't get messed up." Took them ages of course. Charged me $600+ and I only agreed coz we needed it done. He's an Infantryman, in the Army. He's busy as hell. Fix my car coz he doesn't have time. We finally get my car and BAM two days later it starts acting up, shaking, hearing knocking noise. I take it back, angry, asking them what the hell they did to my car. One advisor said, "Hmm been in her awhile, with all the diagnostics it's bound to have communication issues." I don't hear from them til 3 weeks later. We don't know if its the engine blah blah blah. I had to had to call again. I get my answer another week after, Hubby was in the field, and they tell me $7600 for a new used engine on my car that barely has mileage, just paid off, had them work on it since Nov. BUT I GOTTA PAY $7600 for a new used engine??? My car was running great until they started messing with it!

I took my car because i was in a car accident. Mr. Dario is not responsable at all. My dodge journey has been at his shop for 3 months. Everytime i call i get lie after lie. And he has already been paid. Dont take your car to this man.

I definetely do NOT reccommend this place. They took 7 months to have my car ready, never repaid for my rental car and had the worst customer service.

This establishment by far is the most corrupt organization in car sales. Not only have they been unable to provide me with my registration and car title for over several months, but they return my phone call cursing me out. Never have I been to a dealer ship where they talk to their customers with such vulgarity. I spoke with the son Omar Jr. and was very unprofessional. When I asked to speak with his father he called me back several hours later pretending to be his father on the phone. This is an issue I will be taking to the better business bureau, but wanted to advise everyone on here to please search for a professional car dealership. Patriot motors has been a horrible experience and I urge everyone not to go through this terrible issue themselves. On top of telling me "F You" they tell me God Bless.
