Talk about poor representation - My sister had an awkward issue with representative of this company. The woman was so spiteful and childish over a parking spot she literally blocked the parking space purposely at the Carson Valley Casino so my sister could not park - My sister had to call security to ask her to move while she talked on her cell phone, once the security guard asked her to move, she then had the audacity to drive around the parking lot and take pictures of my sisters license plate. I guess she doesn't like black people. Talk about entitled and privileged - WOW - this small family owned business needs to lighten up

My motor home broke down in south lake Tahoe. It was my wife and I with four kids and mother in law. It was a Thursday evening in August. I knew that was a simple fix and hooked to a diagnostic computer would tell what was wrong right away. Tahoe diesel would not even look at it until the next Monday . I explained my situation to them, no compassion what so ever.( if you have ever been to Lake Tahoe in the summer on a weekend you know how hard it is to find a place to stay without paying a fortune.). Monday finally came around my wife called Tahoe Diesel, this would be the first of many phone calles. They did not work on it until Tuesday. Finally Tuesday afternoon is was ready. It did not take long because it was just the battery, or so they said. They charged us $500 to put a $300 battery in, over $800 later we just wanted to get out of there after all the crap that we went through. On our way home, near Reno we had the same problem, nothing was fixed. The battery was dead. It needed an alternator, not a battery! They had the nerve to charge us over $500 to put in a battery and not even test the alternator. ( not to mention all the money we had to spend for lodging for 7 people in peak season because, they could not trouble themselves to take 30 minutes to diagnose an easy fix.) These people were rude, disrespectful. I thought it was just me and my wife that they treated this way until, another costumer came in and they spoke to him like he was bothering them. On December 22, 2019 I and my wife went down to see about an RV for sale at the south end of Michael Hohl Rv and was to meet up with Scott and got stood up! There was a sales rep. Daryl their that ended up helping me and my wife out. What an awesome guy Daryl is very friendly, courteous, helpful and he made you fell comfortable, someone who cared. We would highly recommend to ask for Daryl if you are interested in buying an RV. NOT SCOTT!!! If it wasn't for Daryl we might not have thought about the RV we looked at to buy! Michael you better keep Daryl he will bring in the business. We will be spreading the word around about the customer service we received from Daryl. If we buy the RV we will be doing another review on how well the RV ran!! Stay tune!! GREAT JOB DARYL!!!

This shop is as crooked as they get, they charged 3x what another shop would have and didn't even fix the problem - I'm now suing them to get my $2,300 back
