Mike, the manager is friendly, efficient, caring, knowledgeably, and ever so helpful. He oversees the work and you almost never have to come back after a repair. My car broke down in a parking lot about 2.5 miles from their location, called up in the morning, dropped off the keys, and that was it, about 3 hours later Dave called to let me know my starter needed to be replaced. The cost incl. having to tow the vehicle was inline with what I was anticipating. They also let me know about a couple of other issues I needed to take care of, and since they already had the vehicle and had earned my trust, I had them take care of everything. I'll definitely be going back...

Lou & his crew are Great! Exceptional honesty and service. They always have my best interest in mind. There are not many shops any more that convey that "Local, Down Home" feel where you know they will do what it takes to keep my car running like new, but P.E.P. Service Center does. I'm so thankful to have such a great and honest mechanic in my neighborhood. The company has been around for 49 years and I can understand why. My husband and I went in to check out a rattling noise in our car and Ross (son's owner) looked at everything. We had a corroded battery that explains the stall when we started the car that could have put us in a very bad situation. We no longer have the rattling noise in the car and we don't have to worry about the car dying from a corroded battery. We got our oil changed, filter changed and all the fluids were filled to make sure our 2015 year old Subaru was running like new. I am beyond words at their professionalism, extremely affordable prices and excellent quality services. We are no longer getting our car serviced at the Subaru dealership and will be going to Ricbon from now on.

This repair shop is very bad, I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone, unless you want to get scammed and charged the highest price for anytype of repair. they act very unproffesional, the owner always gives very high estimates and tries to also make money on the parts he orders for cheap after market. not to mention he does prostitution I was told by his employee and drinks alchohol in the office while working. not a place you want to take your car,it will either get your car in worse condition than you brougt it and have individuls who are not properly skilled in repairing cars to experiment on your car
