Kia customer service is the terrible; the people are pleasant, but they play too many games!!! Since I've had the 2012 Optima the passenger door handle has broken & when I took the car to be repaired after sitting for awhile, I was told the part had to be ordered; same experience with the back-up camera. A course of weeks ago I came in for an oil change & car inspection. It didn't pass & I was told I needed a new tire, which I purchased the next week & of course they put a mix-matched tire on. I hate, hate, hate Kia's service. My lease us up in May & I was going to purchase another Kia Optima...that's pretty doubtful now.

After an accident, I needed my driver’s side mirror replaced. I spoke directly to RG and he was knowledgeable about the part and estimated cost. I was contacted within hours with the exact cost and scheduled my repair. Everyone I spoke to at the shop was friendly and took great care of me. I would recommend going to Auto Collision and Glass for any car repair needed.

This dealer ripped me off. He lied to me about the condition of car. I asked if it was in a accident and they said no. Come to find out, it was in a major accident. I found out when I had to have the door aligned because it was not closing right. The body shop showed me where it had been hit, and fixed. I wanted my money back but they told me they had a no return policy... even know they lied to me, they did not care. I am having problems now with the exhaust system, the catalytic converter. I had to replace the entire braking system a two months after I purchased the car as well. Total thieves and liars. I will never buy there again and would not send my worst enemy there to buy a vehicle. Jeff from Cheektowaga.

First choice is the only place I would take my vehicles for repair. Finding an honest mechanic is very rare. Not only are these mechanics honest but their work is OUTSTANDING…..My 2003 Ford should have gone to the junk yard years ago but Jimmy and his guys miraculously continue to find ways of allowing this car to get me from point A to point B. Just last night; I was unable to start my car (the battery is 5 years old). Jimmy sent a driver immediately to my rescue. The battery was jumped and I was on my way. Of course I will only go to First Choice to have this battery replaced. Thanks again guys

Had a bad experience at another marine service center in the area (by Bethlehem steel) so decided to try Olson by the small boat harbor. Great service. Lisa who works at the desk took lots of time to explain what my issue could be. She called when they found out and told me what the repair would cost and asked if I wanted to move forward. When it was fixed, I picked it up and she showed me the bad part (gimbal bearing). Her knowledge of the mechanical aspect of what was going on seemed very impressive. Also, she took the time to explain as well as make other suggestions to questions or fixes I could do my self. A family business that takes pride in their work and values their customers. Very trustworthy and will go the extra mile.

I want to respond to the bad reviews listed above. First, go to Google and look up the 27 reviews which highly rate Syed,the shop owner, as the friendliest, most honest and best mechanic they have known. Second, go to Car-gurus and look at the near perfect 5 star reviews on this dealership. Ricky is close to perpetrating slander (libel) for writing a personal attack on someone by stretching the actual circumstance of his disappointment. He left a refundable $500 deposit subject to his finance approval. After securing his own financing, he told the dealer to proceed with the NYS Inspection repairs which required another $1000 investment by the dealer into the vehicle. This included fixing the check engine light which by NYS Law is required for all dealer inventory sold. After the repairs were completed, Ricky backed out of the deal because he lost his financing. The signed purchase order in NYS states the dealer is allowed to hold a deposit to recover $damages incurred by customer failure to complete purchase. Ricky agreed that it was fair for the dealer to keep his deposit until the vehicle was sold to another customer so that the invested repair $ could be recovered. Unfortunately due to the Pandemic of Covid 19 and business shutdown, it took many months to resell the vehicle. He has since received his $500 deposit back minus about $50 for paperwork and advertising cost damages which couldn't be recovered. $500 is a lot of money to both parties, especially when your dealership is closed for business during a pandemic.
