Auto repair service near Middleport, NY

This POS sold my daughter, mother of two a very unsafe vehicle and has ghosted her right about the time her 90 day warranty is up. Her and he husband have spent over 1500.00 just to keep this POS vehicle running that unfortunately they still have payments on. BUYER BEWARE he's a crook with no heart or conscious!! BBB will be contacted and my attorney!!

Kia customer service is the terrible; the people are pleasant, but they play too many games!!! Since I've had the 2012 Optima the passenger door handle has broken & when I took the car to be repaired after sitting for awhile, I was told the part had to be ordered; same experience with the back-up camera. A course of weeks ago I came in for an oil change & car inspection. It didn't pass & I was told I needed a new tire, which I purchased the next week & of course they put a mix-matched tire on. I hate, hate, hate Kia's service. My lease us up in May & I was going to purchase another Kia Optima...that's pretty doubtful now.
