I am so happy I am I found Sharp Transmissions. They are my only car care providers now and I bring my vehicles to them for everything. They earned my trust and loyalty with their fair prices and honesty. The work they performed on my cars is superior to all other service stations AND the dealers I have used.

Thought we needed Brakes. Took car to shop to find out it was only road salt. They were honest and very helpful. Most shops would have done the work regardless and charged us hundreds. I experienced problem with my exhaust system when out of town. When I returned late in the afternoon, I contacted North Road and they were able to get me right in and complete the repair quickly. Very experienced with common problems for my vehicle make. Great job.

Hello Everyone, I would like to share my repair experience with foreign auto repair service: Both Glenn & Lisa were consummate professionals during the entire process of troubleshooting my diesel Range Rover. They kept me abreast on the entire process, provided a thorough photo of all the work provided with photos of the work conducted allowed me to use their car while they repaired my car which is above and beyond generous. Glenn kept me posted through txt messages daily. They isolated the problem, worked with the warranty company on the repair cost ensured I understood what I was responsible for on the repair cost and returned my car back repaired. Thank you for the great service it’s appreciated. I will be back hopefully not to soon but when needed I will entrust you to work on my again in the future. Joe V. ??

Rich hands down does great body work and great attention to detail. Hands down honest shop not over priced and will walk you through process with the best results. Has to be one of the best auto body shops in my opinion in the poughkeepsie area if not the best.

Needed state inspection and oil change. By the end of the service visit, they had managed to find $600+ in repairs to perform. When the car arrived at home, it was leaking oil. Upon returning the car to the shop, they stated it was just over-fill dripping (despite the fact that the oil was coming from a hairline crack in the oilpan. That leak continued until the next opportunity to get the car serviced. I made the mistake of returning to Goodyear 44-plaza to have the oilpan replaced. They took 3 days to do the service but didn't call on day 3. On day 4, they said, "we may not have called you yesterday but it was ready then." From the moment the car left the lot, it made a roar like something was connected incorrectly or like the muffler had been damaged. They said to bring it back tomorrow. I have taken my car here several times and this shop finds hundreds of dollars of service and repairs with each visit. More recently they have caused more harm than good. I will not be returning and I recommend you find a reputable service shop rather than visiting Goodyear.
