I have to say that Dillon and Sonny and all the mechanics at Nor CROSS are the best. They treat me with courtesy and respect. They always treat you fair and do not rip you off like other shops do. They are upfront and honest when they deal with me as a customer. I have been a loyal customer going to them for years now and know that i can trust them to tell me what my cars needs and charge a fair price for the work. Whenever i am confronted with a repair or emergency repair, they always do their best to accommodate me. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car repairs.

I went in for a flat tire and these guys were great. they fit me in right before they closed and couldn't be nicer. I thought they'd tried to get me in and out so fast but the mechanic stayed after his shift was over to help me. I couldn't be happier with the service so even though I own a Honda I brought my car to them for my next service. Its been 4 years now and I still feel like a friend when I walk in and Joe, Mike, Helene and the gang make me feel comfortable, like they're not going to rip me off like the guys in new rochelle. thanks for staying honest, dch toyota city has a class act bunch.
