Auto repair service near Alpha, OH

I can't say enough about my experiences with Pep Boys. I think they are the most honest mechanics I've encountered in a very long time. I got new Michelin tires at Costco and since they don't do alignments, I took it to Pep Boys. They changed my oil but told me my car was in perfect alignment with the new tires and showed me their print out. They could have easily charged me as I would never have known, but they didn't and for that I will be returning and telling all my girlfriends they can trust Pep Boys on Springboro! Oh yeah, I took my mother's car for a new battery and radiator flush and they came back and said her coolant didn't need to be changed as it looked like it had been done recently. We went back through her paperwork and when she received her 50,000 mile service at the dealership less than a year ago, they had flushed her radiator. So again, they could have performed the service, but they were honest enough to say it didn't need to be done. In this day and age of being unable to trust anyone or any service, it's nice to know there are still honest mechanics like Pep Boys on Springboro in Miamisburg.

On Saturday found a truck we liked. On Monday went and got financing since they don't provide in house. The bank and ourselves were in constant contact with this establishment and was finishing paperwork, called Tuesday was told he hadn't heard anything so sold truck Monday night to another party. I have records to prove differently. #karmaisamother

At this time we do not do air conditioning, transmission repair or RV Service at this location. We do offer RV service at the family owned location in Xenia, OH.

Not all automotive shops will even attempt to repair a Cadillac. Called Jeff's, was given an immediate appointment and an immediate repair. How very professional and friendly this shop is. No wonder they have such a successful business. Not to mention the very reasonable cost of the repair. My Cadillac has a new doctor! Thank you Dana and all the guys!

I shopped this business in search for a used vehicle taylored to meet my transportation needs and budget. I was very impressed with the vast vehicle selection availabile in all make and models, without the pressure of "mall like settings" and high overhead mark ups. Each car is presented with expert knowledge of the vehicle; a Car Fax report; owner history and proof of recent mechanical service provided. I would recommend this owner operated business to anyone looking for a good, clean, mechanically sound used car at a more than fair market price with excellent customer service and mechanical service referrals. A five star business.
