If they only had a 0 Stars!!! We are an equipment reseller and paid a deposit to Lapine of $7,000 to purchase 2 older dump trucks. Our buyer changed his mind and decided that he didn't want to purchase these 2 trucks after all. We requested a refund and Lapine Trucks refused to refund our money. The owner later agreed to allow us to apply the deposit to a different item. However, when we found a suitable item with a value close to $7,000, he reneged on his offer. The reason he gave was that he 'changed his mind'!!! In the end we Paid his company $7,000 and received NOTHING in RETURN. I call that STEALING but if nothing more it shows you that they'll take your money and give you nothing in return, if the opportunity presents itself and that's what they did to us.
