If they only had a 0 Stars!!! We are an equipment reseller and paid a deposit to Lapine of $7,000 to purchase 2 older dump trucks. Our buyer changed his mind and decided that he didn't want to purchase these 2 trucks after all. We requested a refund and Lapine Trucks refused to refund our money. The owner later agreed to allow us to apply the deposit to a different item. However, when we found a suitable item with a value close to $7,000, he reneged on his offer. The reason he gave was that he 'changed his mind'!!! In the end we Paid his company $7,000 and received NOTHING in RETURN. I call that STEALING but if nothing more it shows you that they'll take your money and give you nothing in return, if the opportunity presents itself and that's what they did to us. Is that the kind of company you want to do business with?

I have always had excellent service form C&T. They are on time and competitive is costs. There is a reason they have been around so long.

These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. Thanks guys for not breaking my bank over the last few years! Keep up the great work!

I had my car in several times over the years for different maintenance services. Each time I was impressed with the fast and professional work that was done. Todd who is the owner would personally look over all work done and explain to me what was done and what may be needed in the future. There were never any pressure sales and their prices are very reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend Transmission Pros for all your car needs and will continue to do business with them in the future.

As usual, I get the best service at Plain Brothers. I travel 26 miles round trip to go to them as they are trustworthy, fair, and give it to you straight. The waiting time passes quickly with other customers and Danielle contributing to the conversation...for a few minutes, it's like you have just met up with some friends. If you need automotive work-extensive or minor, GO THERE! You won't be sorry.

I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. Informed me of anything they thought I should know about and had more than reasonable pricing. Excellent marks all around. As I'm sure most people have taken their vehicles to a shop to have a repair performed only to find it wasn't fixed properly, or was charged too much etc. And then the next time you have a problem you take it to another repair shop and so on.
