I had Met Jon Ketchum though my work. I have had met other people within his profession and decided there firm was a class act barring NONE . Upon having my vehicle repaired.I was informed of the repairs that would be needed as well as the cost of the repairs.They were up front. As well as thorough thru out the repairs. Upon the repairs they were more than honest on the time they had spent to perform the repairs. Be very leery of purchasing a vehicle from this place. Make sure it it checked out by a professional! And then still be warned! I only picked 1 star because you have to pick something.

January 31, 2018......I towed my car in with a transmission and starting problem. . I was told the problem was my starter and a tube had come loose in the transmission. 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee $494 later I was on my way. I might mention that I am handicapped and was not offered help removing the car from the tow bar though an employee outside did help when I picked it up. Well...The problem has returned. The same issue starting as when I was told the starter needed replaced. I called today 7/23/18 I called to let them know the car won't start and was told there is a one-year warranty on parts but only 6 months on labor and that mine is past the six months. From 1/31/18 to 7/23/18 .... not quite six months, someone needs to buy a calculator. The person I spoke to is Todd. He seems to hate the world. I called back to let him know that it was not six months from January and he decided to argue about the date when I told him I brought it in. He should have pulled it up and had the records in front of him. I don't trust Kevin's now and won't be going back for this repair. I feel Kevin’s, or I should say Todd needs to work on his people skills. With so much competition out there today, CUSTOMER SERVICE is the only way to survive. Losing a future customer for me, my family and anyone else that reads this and decides to go elsewhere over a simple starter problem which in all actuality should have been covered is no way to keep and get new customers. I am very disappointed in my handling as a current customer and will never be a repeat. I hope you don't have to follow up on any work done. It seems once Kevin gets your money they don't want to stand behind their work. BEWARE!!!!

I have had three vehicles repaired here and purchased one. The repairs were faster than I could get in Columbus and cost a lot less. Also purchased a salvage car...we knew it was salvage and what repairs were made. This is the ONLY body shop I would trust. In the middle of no where, but has top notch equipment such as a laser frame straightener.

Buckeye addressed my needs in a professional manner and advised me on suggested additional work that I can consider to schedule in the near future

There was an issue with the part failing that we replaced and the good folks at Weber Auto immediately fixed it and took care of it. Cannot recommend these guys more. Always honest and do great work. Feel like family there.

The tow truck driver was polite and on time (Joey). I was even dropped of at the airport to rent a car. Someone from the service department called me promptly the next morning to update me on service of my van. Service was completed that same day. Everyone was polite and I would definitely recommend Broad and James Towing and Service to others.

The business owners are the absolute most generous people. I would recommend them for any issue you have for body work. They pulled my bumper away from my wheel well so we could drive our car home after being in an accident on the interstate. To top it off, the wouldn't take payment for the labor. Wonderful business. Thank you again.

Best / most trustworthy place to take my 2003 Mercedes. Never do more than it needs - never upcharge, always fix it right and less expensive than my dealer. Always call me with options, what is most important to fix, what an wait. They've been in business a long time and most customers are referred by other customers. Also gave me a ride to work one time.

This is the best Service Center in Columbus Ohio area. We take all of our cars here and we have also recommended family and friends who now go nowhere but DJ's for car repairs. They are helpful, friendly and HONEST and they stand by their repairs. The prices are fair and they do good work. They also will NOT do more than you need like other shops. Give them a try!!! They are the BEST

These guys are liars and crooks! I took my car in for a simple oil change with a tire rotation. They told me I need to have all of my brakes and rotors and calipers replaced for $800.00. By the way, they did this 2 years ago when I went in for an oil change. 2 years ago, my buddy and I reaplced the back brakes because we heard something wrong. The oil change was literally 6 months later when they told me the brakes needed to be redone. So my 6 month old brakes needed to be replaced. This time, I obviously knew better so told them to put my car back together and not to touch anything. Well, my buddy and I got the brakes and rotors at Advanced Auto parts who apparantly sells some parts to Midas. So I took the car there because I was within the warranty period on the back brakes. They said they looked good, but because Midas was a client of theirs and recommended replacement, they would warranty the parts out. We replaced both the front and rear brakes yesterday and I took the parts back to Advanced to get reimbursed. They said there was literally nothing wrong with them as did my friend. He also suggested that their particular store has stopped doing business with Midas because of these practices. As a kicker, I did have Midas replace the fronts about 5 years ago (which I negotiated about $100 off the price they quoted) and when I went in for that first oil change they told me I needed all new brakes. I reminded them they had just done the fronts about a year ago and they said, oh yeah just the backs need to be replaced. This time they said the calipers needed to be replaced and when I questioned them they said they just needed to be cleaned. This place will lie, cheat, and take advantage of you at any opportunity. Also, note that when they guarantee brake pads for life, brake pads are $25....they do not give free service to put them on so you will still pay another $100 for the service fee and deal with all of the above telling you all
