Auto repair service near Euclid, OH

They promised a free evaluation via a video on the Google page presented by the president of the company! They lied!! They charged me $200 to look at two simple concerns with the promise that IF they found the problem they would put the evaluation fee towards the repair. Another lie! Typical bait and switch move. Promise from three different employees. Well guess what? They couldn’t find anything wrong. So now I still have the issues with $200 less taken by this garage. I emailed them twice showing them the video clearly stating that the evaluation was promised as a complimentary inspection. They ghosted me and refuse to refund my money and refused to honor the video!! I wonder if they’ll take it down after this is submitted. I want a refund and I want the promise in the video by the president to be honored!!

This service was incredible! The mechanic was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! The name says it all, I've never been to such a clean, upscale , well run Carwash in my life. I took my 2010 Audi in for a detail. It looked absolutely spectacular. My husband thought I had the car repainted. The staff was nice and very accommodating. If you need a car truly cleaned not just washed, I suggest you check these gentleman out, the name was upheld in every aspect of this business. Truly a breathe of fresh air, service at its best!!!!! Inspection seemed to be thorough and included pictures and comments from the mechanic. Bill was very professional and took the time to discuss each of their findings w/ me, to answer questions, and share his professional opinion. Very satisfied.
