Not all automotive shops will even attempt to repair a Cadillac. Called Jeff's, was given an immediate appointment and an immediate repair. How very professional and friendly this shop is. No wonder they have such a successful business. Not to mention the very reasonable cost of the repair. My Cadillac has a new doctor! Thank you Dana and all the guys!

I have been to this shop for years, it recently changed management and only went downhill. I took my vehicle in for strut repair, an unrelated transmission gasket repair and an oil change. My main complaint was my car was shaking on acceleration/deceleration. 24 hours after they said my car would be complete and $1600 later, my car is shaking on acceleration, deceleration and idle. They put in the wrong weight of oil but "graciously" changed it again without charging me again. When I communicated my frustration I got an empty apology and an offer for a free oil change in three months. Between the poor communication of when to expect repairs to be completed and the shoddy work, I would recommend people avoid this shop.

IPS is a GREAT company!!!They provided great service at a GREAT PRICE!!!IPS is right down the street from me and i never even knew it! They provide EVERY service for cars and trucks,probably any type of vehicle and the showroom is very nice and clean!They even have a keurig coffee maker with different flavors or you can make tea too..Their service shop area is the nicest i have ever seen in Columbus,Oh by far!!!! They have about 12-15 car and truck lifts and 2-3 alignment racks,also the shop area is HUGE!!! They took me to the shop area and i was blown away how nice and clean it is and all kinds of very nice sports cars that will blow your mind!!!!They are a very great company for custom work also which is obvious when you see the shop area with soooo many beautiful customized very expensive cars,you name it and they do it!!!! You would expect to pay a fortune when you see the whole place but i was floored when they gave me an estimate on the work i had done!!! I can tell you this,whatever i need done in the future i WILL DEFINITELY be taking my cars there!!!Especially if it is custom work i need done!The staff were excellent and very nice,also VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! I will recommend them to everyone i know and even if i don't know them!!! Like i stated it is the nicest auto shop i have EVER SEEN in Columbus,Ohio or for that matter any shop even remotely close to Columbus!!! If you could rate them more than five stars i would rate them TEN STARS!!!If you are looking for custom work ,my advice is DO NOT take your vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! The business owners are the absolute most generous people. I would recommend them for any issue you have for body work. They pulled my bumper away from my wheel well so we could drive our car home after being in an accident on the interstate. To top it off, the wouldn't take payment for the labor. Wonderful business. Best / most trustworthy place to take my 2003 Mercedes. Never do more than it needs - never upcharge, always fix it right and less expensive than my dealer. Always call me with options, what is most important to fix, what an wait. They've been in business a long time and most customers are referred by other customers. Also gave me a ride to work one time.

These guys are liars and crooks! I took my car in for a simple oil change with a tire rotation. They told me I need to have all of my brakes and rotors and calipers replaced for $800.00. By the way, they did this 2 years ago when I went in for an oil change. 2 years ago, my buddy and I reaplced the back brakes because we heard something wrong. The oil change was literally 6 months later when they told me the brakes needed to be redone. So my 6 month old brakes needed to be replaced. This time, I obviously knew better so told them to put my car back together and not to touch anything. Well, my buddy and I got the brakes and rotors at Advanced Auto parts who apparantly sells some parts to Midas. So I took the car there because I was within the warranty period on the back brakes. They said they looked good, but because Midas was a client of theirs and recommended replacement, they would warranty the parts out. We replaced both the front and rear brakes yesterday and I took the parts back to Advanced to get reimbursed. They said there was literally nothing wrong with them as did my friend. He also suggested that their particular store has stopped doing business with Midas because of these practices. As a kicker, I did have Midas replace the fronts about 5 years ago (which I negotiated about $100 off the price they quoted) and when I went in for that first oil change they told me I needed all new brakes. I reminded them they had just done the fronts about a year ago and they said, oh yeah just the backs need to be replaced. This time they said the calipers needed to be replaced and when I questioned them they said they just needed to be cleaned. This place will lie, cheat, and take advantage of you at any opportunity. Also, note that when they guarantee brake pads for life, brake pads are $25....they do not give free service to put them on so you will still pay another $100 for the service fee and deal with all of the above telling you all

INCOMPETENT and NEGLIGENT "SERVICE" We dropped our 2015 CRV off at Hugh White Honda on Sunday,11/29/20 for service(closed).We received a call Monday morning from Steve,our service advisor.Our car had the only exterior lock jimmied and entry required a locksmith since the battery was dead.The work proceeds afterwards.Later,that afternoon ,Steve calls and informs us the battery needs replaced but everything else is O.K. .We authorize the work and pick it up Tuesday at Hugh White Honda.We speak briefly with Steve and are on our way.Our new battery is dead five days later in our garage.We jump it and take it to another Honda dealer. The jimmied lock caused a electrical short and drained the battery.At no time did Steve discuss the repair or replacement of the door lock even though they discovered the damage. If you lack the competence to diagnose a electrical problem you ask your service manager for help.That mechanic was negligent in this respect. What if this had happened to my elderly wife in a remote area at night in Winter.The temperature is dropping and her phone is dead.She cannot enter the car for shelter.The word "negligence" precedes many tragedies.
