Auto repair service near Milford, OH

Took my SUV in for service to check a sputtering transmission. I was told I needed to repair a vacuum leak and battery which cost $800. Less than three weeks later the transmission went completely out and they charge me another $140 to tell me the transmission went completely out. The original missed diagnosis cost me $800 plus a towing fee and then they had enough nerve to charge me another $140 to tell me that the transmission was bad. When it was obviously bad three weeks prior and they just wanted to suck $800 out of me for other services. Unethical. Stay away.

Tom explains what the problem is and gives you advice and various solutions to fix the problem. He has NEVER charged more than he quoted and is usually a little bit less than the quote. Sam's a great guy, I simply drove to his shop unannounced and he made time to check out my issues. I eventually got some electrical help with it and that led to some suspension work I needed a couple months later and a timing belt when I hit 100k in my VW. I always go to sam, he preinspected a Jaguar I was thinking about even. Sam's shop is different, I thought I would be getting Bentley prices for my little v-dubber, but that's not the case. Very reasonable for what he does.

My 2010 VW with over 100K drives like it was brand new. They analyzed the problem and fixed it with VW parts. Makes a big difference. If you have a German vehicle and don't want to take it to the dealer. This is a great full service option.
