I have dealt with Dan R's for somewhere around 3 plus years and my vehicles have been older models. Whether they have been foreign or domestic Dan R's has kept me mobile. The service is always great. They recognize their customers by name and they go the extra distance to keep their customers coming back.

These guys are awesome! Dr Phil and his son were not only funny but they knows their stuff! They came out to the truck & did such a good job at it, that they've gained a Customer for life.

no toothless idiots behind the counter. Nice friendly staff (mostly young women) and they earnestly will assist you with parts searches, interchanges, and telling you where compatible cars are. Compared to the idiots at LKQ or other local yards in Toledo these people are Einstein. I like their pricing, simple and straightforward, no gimmicks. And keep an eye out for their occasional wheelbarrow sales.

The price caught my attention $5 I was in Toledo over the weekend visting my daughter and decided to get my car washed. Oh, need I say Mrs. Conrad, is one of the most cheerful person you would ever love to meet. I never seen some one so happy, she really left me with a great impression of how the world woud be if we had more people like her. Full of Love! Thank you Mrs. Conrad, not sure if you remember me but you gave me a nice picture of your boys, Mattie Joseph and Punkin Pye. I put their picture right on my desk at work, they remind of your sweetness. Thanks to your staff for such a nice, clean job on my Malibu....Mrs. Conrad, you reflect so much love. I plan on visting your car wash again when I come back to Toledo. If you never been to Conrads Car Wash....go and check it out for yourself, you will be glad you did....great service!!!!

I bought a engine computer for my 1999 durango from Keenan at expressautomodules.com unit worked great it was programmed and ready to go i plugged it in and drove 230 miles on a trip the next day I would definatley buy from them again.

they are the friendliest and most helpful group i have come across.......repairs didn't take long, the price was within range for someone with low income...the guys there were able to explain things so that even someone without knowledge of cars could understand. i would highly recommend them to anyone and i always tell friends and family about this place

I had no problems whatsoever with their service, prices or their people. They were fast, courteous and didn't leave a mess in the car. Tomorrow I am going back to have another radio put in my newest purchase. I expect them to be as professional as always.

Called this shop to have exhaust installed on my 1995 pick up. Guy gave me a great price so I took the truck in, WOW what a mistake ! Day 1 -- I called the place toward the end of day 1 and he said he was waiting for the pipe to be delivered and wouldn't be able to get it done today.. Day 2 I called around 10 30 am and was told about 1.5 hrs more to complete the job..I waited to 5 30 pm and no word from the shop so I went to the shop to see my truck on the lift 3 people under my truck and all the exhaust on the floor.I confronted the owner who developed a serious attitude,so I returned the attitude and ask for my truck back....1 of the guys under my truck came out and said they had the exhaust on once but it was all wrong so they had to cut it off and start over, BE WARNED THIS IS A CLASSICAL SHADE TREE SHOP WHO HAS NO CLUE HOW TO PREFORM REPAIR WORK. THE OWNER IS A REAL JACKASS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A SHOP I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED

Toledo Mobile Detailing is a fantastic company. They do a great job and are very convenient as they come right to wherever you are located. They do stain extraction, odor removal, polish/wax, windows and the whole 9 yards. I believe they had some bad expeeriences selling to Groupon but outside that their business has been great and they are a member of the BBB.

These guys scammed my wife and I. They had our vehicle for almost three weeks for a timing belt change. A lot of run around and got the car back. Clips were broke off power steering resivoir and kept loosing fluid. The we lost heat due to hose connector being broken and not hold sealed to pipe on engine at all. Spit out coolant everywhere which soaked the new belt. Also found damage to upper timing cover, hose opening cut out and melt marks nearby in plastic. Mountings for engine and transmission computer housing broken/missing and computer mountings not secured. No low coolant light came on when the level dropped because the level sensor is plugged into the connector for the computer housing fan and the fan is plugged into the sensor connector. Had it been warmer outside there would have been a very high potential for overheating and engine damage with little to no warning due to the level sensor being connected up improperly. Owner denied paying me back for the "service" I paid them to do right. Then got stuck paying dealership to fix all the screw ups. Thanks Import Automotive for screwing up my vehicle and the financial situation you put my family in with a baby on the way. Great job guys!!

I just received the worst customer service from Franklin Park Lincoln Mercury. In November when I had the accident they charged almost 4000.00 to repair my car. On Sunday it started to lerch the way it did right after the accident. I didn't want to pay for a second time only to be told it was something they had just replaced. I called Franklin Park and spoke to someone in the body shop and they told me to bring the car in and they would make sure it wasn't something they had just replaced. They mentioned nothing about a 96.00 fee to have it looked at. Today when he told me it was $400.00 to replace a sensor and part of that was to look it over. I questioned that and Dave in service became very rude. He told me my daughter signed for the 96.00 and that I was responsible. I said she's 17 and nobody not even her told me she signed for a thing. "well next time", he said "don't send a child to do your work". Then they told me it was all my daughter's fault because she brought it to the wrong department. What was the point of me even calling to make sure this is something I could have done? I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the owner was in Florida. I immediately called back and the gal at the phones told me the owner was not in Florida but he was out of the office. When I told her what was going on suddenly the owner Bob appeared on the line. He clearly had been filled in by Dave the service department and told me my daughter took it to the wrong area, also very condescending. I hated having to use them in November but Nationwide made me use them, I thought there prices were huge then, (if you could have seen how little damage there was to my car) and they took 10 days to fix it. Now I am stuck either giving them 400.00 or 96.00....which to do? I was treated like crap from the service department, told to bring the car in at no cost from the body shop and the owner. Bpb Fletcher, doesn't care because he needs another trip to Florida.

Poor workmanship, terrible attitudes, truly offensive, this isnt the shop for your car.

The absolute worst service ever! I wish I could give them zero stars. I spent 2 almost 3 months taking my car to the Secor & Renwyck Drive shops dealing with Jeff Booth, Dan, & Rich Earl. I also had to write a letter demanding they honor the warranty & pay $50 from another shop to get a 2nd opinion before receiving a call about fixing my car. They don’t return phone calls or get back to you when they say they will. Dan reimbursed me the $50 I had to pay for the diagnostic from another transmission shop but also went back on his word of extending my warranty because I refused to get my brakes done. After all I went through with them that’s the least they could’ve done anybody in their right mind wouldn’t want to keep dealing with a shop that lies over and over again so why would I get my brakes done by them? I tried to type everything I went through with these guys but sadly it won’t all fit so these are just the main points. If you have a 4x4 and your transmission is messed up I definitely would NOT recommend Earl bro’s!!!!!
