If they only had a 0 Stars!!! We are an equipment reseller and paid a deposit to Lapine of $7,000 to purchase 2 older dump trucks. Our buyer changed his mind and decided that he didn't want to purchase these 2 trucks after all. We requested a refund and Lapine Trucks refused to refund our money. The owner later agreed to allow us to apply the deposit to a different item. However, when we found a suitable item with a value close to $7,000, he reneged on his offer. The reason he gave was that he 'changed his mind'!!! In the end we Paid his company $7,000 and received NOTHING in RETURN. I call that STEALING but if nothing more it shows you that they'll take your money and give you nothing in return, if the opportunity presents itself and that's what they did to us. Is that the kind of company you want to do business with?

I went in for 2 repairs. The first repair was done fine. The second repair, a grinding noise from the front ,was diagnosed as rubbing break pads and rotors. After the repairs were done the grinding noise was still there and they NOW said it was my wheel bearings. I was charged $240 for break pads and rotors and couldnt get the old parts back on, a discount, or it removed from my bill. And dont expect corporate Midas to help if contacted either. These people cant be trusted and I will never go back. I recommend to stay away from Midas.

I have always had excellent service form C&T. They are on time and competitive is costs. There is a reason they have been around so long.

These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. Thanks guys for not breaking my bank over the last few years! Keep up the great work!

I had my car in several times over the years for different maintenance services. Each time I was impressed with the fast and professional work that was done. Todd who is the owner would personally look over all work done and explain to me what was done and what may be needed in the future. There were never any pressure sales and their prices are very reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend Transmission Pros for all your car needs and will continue to do business with them in the future.

As usual, I get the best service at Plain Brothers. I travel 26 miles round trip to go to them as they are trustworthy, fair, and give it to you straight. The waiting time passes quickly with other customers and Danielle contributing to the conversation...for a few minutes, it's like you have just met up with some friends. If you need automotive work-extensive or minor, GO THERE! You won't be sorry.

I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. Informed me of anything they thought I should know about and had more than reasonable pricing. Excellent marks all around. As I'm sure most people have taken their vehicles to a shop to have a repair performed only to find it wasn't fixed properly, or was charged too much etc. And then the next time you have a problem you take it to another repair shop and so on. It was wonderful to have Mike and Suburban Car & Truck referred to me. We have been using Suburban for 7 years now, sending our 5 family cars and our 4 business "fleet" vehicles. How great is it to be able to comfortably be able to send my wife, son and daughters directly to Suburban and know that they will be treated respectfully, honestly and fairly. Or to have my business vehicles repaired quickly and fairly to get them back on the road where they need to be. Extreme Quality Car Care is a great auto shop! The price for the job was cheaper than anyone else! It was even cheaper than my regular mechanic! The service was exceptional and I received my vehicle back in a timely manner. A close friend recommended this shop to me and now I recommend them to everyone that I know that needs a good mechanic!

I was having a problem in front tire I took my car in to all around I used a rental for the time they fixed my car my wheel bearing was the problem they fixed that and aligned the car I then recieved my car and noticed that my car was veering to the right I called the next day(friday) and I was told that they use lasers to align and the tires needed to be switched and I needed to make an appointment mon or Tues I called back on Monday and they could not get me in then tried to schedule an appointment for sat and was told he was booked for 3 Saturdays so I asked if I drop car off on Thursday use rental till Friday so they can fix their mistake I got no we will have to charge you for rental I just want them to fix the mistake he told me it will take 15mins but I needed to make an appointment to fix their error BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible! STAY AWAY! The Attorney General has 5 cases out on this succubus of discord. Do not go to him, do not leave your car here, and do not give him an inch. This thieving liar does not return calls, does not provide service, and does not operate a good business.

The owner of this shop is very unprofessional. He will tell a customer a time but will arrive 2 hours later with a "matter of fact attitude." This has happened a couple of times. He's definitely not concern with keeping a high standard and not concern about his customers time.
