Jasper Transmissions comes with a 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty. If there was a legitimate problem, certainly Tim would have brought it back to us under warranty.
They installed a jasper trans and they told me the old one was junk. I... read more They installed a jasper trans and they told me the old one was junk. It was not slipping, just not shifting. I told them if codes were cleared at the part store it would shift .........IT'S DOING THE SAME THING. Ohio transmission fixed it!!!!!!! .... it only needed an ECM they got me a used ECM and no issues. It's been 5 mo. going to try to get my money back.
